What can I say?! Incredible. Everything is incredible.
I first contacted dr Murat through Deena- Deena has now become a lifelong forever friend! She really is the most kindest genuine person and she was kind enough to even take me and my sister site seeing the day before we flew back to the uk. Deena really made the whole thing easy, she booked our hotel stays, organised all our transport to and from hotel/hospital/airports. I didn’t have to do anything apart from book my flights. The whole process was very smooth and effortless.
Upon meeting Dr Murat I was met with a surgeon who truly cares about you and your desired outcomes. I had large breasts that were heavy and causing me major back ache- I also had an old abdominal scar that was very uneven - despite the fact he would have to cut out a part of the tattoo I had to cover it up- he joined the tattoo back up so expertly you wouldn’t even know it had a large part cut out. He is a magician and an artist! An exceptional eye for detail. My breast uplift is outstanding- I have the best breasts of my life! I am super impressed.
The whole hospital and staff are fantastic and there are not enough words to describe how kind and caring they are. I felt sad to leave Istanbul and will be coming back next year for more treatment- I miss being treated like a celebrity haha - the best experience ever ❤️

I had an incredible experience with Dr. Polat and his entire team, genuinely couldn’t have asked for better care.

From the very beginning, Layda was an outstanding coordinator. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even though I hadn’t spoken to Ilyas prior to arriving at the hospital, he was so helpful and welcoming when we got there, a lovely surprise!

The nurses at the hospital were amazing. I can’t remember their names, but I honestly can’t fault them. Despite the language barrier with some, Google Translate came through and they were all so attentive and kind. I’m a nurse myself and I felt like I was in extremely safe hands, even in the midst of a blip in my recovery they were super attentive and responded to my buzzer within seconds (no exaggeration!)

Yagmur was also fantastic, she spoke fluent English, explained everything clearly, and made sure all the consent forms were in English, giving me plenty of time to read and ask questions.

Dr. Polat himself was brilliant. He was extremely honest and didn’t just agree to things for the sake of it. He explained everything in detail, gave realistic expectations, and was very clear about the aftercare process. He’s firm, but it’s exactly the kind of honesty and professionalism you want in a surgeon.

As someone who works in the post-op field myself, I did a lot of research before choosing this team, and I’m so glad I did. Every single person involved was exceptional.

Dr Murat Polat and his team have been exceptional and made such a positive difference to my life.
I had extended tummy tuck with muscle repair, 360 lipo, thigh lipo and breast implants. Dr Murat Polat is a lovely man with a professional and friendly demeanor. He really put me at ease and explained everything to me.
Everyone was lovely and the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end.
The hospital staff were attentive and nothing was too much hassle. The hospital was clean and they even had vegan options for me also.
Ahmed is a friendly and lovely person. Nothing is ever too much hassle and responds to every question with a smile. Miray the nurse who came to see me every day is a beautiful soul. She always took the time to respond to me (I like to talk) and despite a language barrier sometimes we would use a online translator. We had some nice conversations and it was clear she cared. She is a hard working and beautiful person.
Both Ahmed and Miray are a credit to the team and appreciate the care they gave me 😊
The aftercare team have been fantastic. From the moment I left to go home they have been in contact and have stayed in contact ever since with advice or answering any questions I have.

Where do I start?
My friend recommended Dr Polat as she had recently used him and I just couldn’t have imagined how well the experience would turn out.
After pregnancy and breastfeeding I was left with very uneven breast. After a consultation it was agreed that I needed a breast lift and implants. Motiva round implants, under the muscle.
I booked my surgery for a month in advance but I could have had it done that week if I’d have been able to sort childcare and support! During the month I did some research on the look I wanted to achieve and decided to change my round implants to the motiva ergonomix 2 implants. They’re more expensive but result in a much more natural look.
On the day of my surgery I was picked up in a beautiful car by a lovely driver from my home in Ortakoy and taken to the Memorial Hospital. The hospital is immaculate, it’s unbelievable. I’ve stayed in worse 5 star hotels!
Yağmur was waiting to greet me and supported me throughout the morning. The experience was great, seamless and relaxed. Afterwards I was taken back to my beautiful room to relax and recover with a GORGEOUS tray of goodies waiting for me. I was taken care of for the next 24 hours by every single person I came into contact with. I went home the day after surgery feeling safe and looked after. I’m currently 2 weeks post surgery and i am recovering well.

Ilyas - from the moment we started texting to arrange my consultation I felt like we were friends. Your caring and kind manner is so appreciated throughout the whole process. Every time we speak and meet you have a huge smile on your face and are always so kind towards me and my family.
Yağmur ❤️ beautiful inside and out. Caring and so calming to have around in such a daunting time. I appreciate you taking the time to be with me and put my mind at ease.
Dr Polat 🥹 I feel emotional writing this. You’re so so rare. A surgeon who is Kind, compassionate, understanding and an absolute joy. Whenever I was nervous he just made me laugh. Even as my anaesthetic was kicking in Dr Polat was making me laugh and the last thing I remember was about drinking Raki and giggling. He visited me multiple times following on from the surgery and again the next morning but I was sleeping still. This doctor isn’t like an ordinary doctor, he cares, he doesn’t want to just take your money. He wants to support you and help to make you feel confident and comfortable within yourself.

I’ve been very anxious during my recovery, I had an allergic reaction the antibiotics and my skin has been very reactive to the dressings the team have cared for me so so well. I’ve visited the hospital twice per week to have everything checked over, I’ve messaged Ilyas and Yağmur so many times and honestly nothing is ever a problem for them. They’re just so supportive. I guess all that is left for me to say is thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

From landing in Istanbul to being chauffeured to my five-star hotel, then on to the hospital (which was also five-star), everything ran smoothly and professionally. The post-op care, including the massages, was top-notch. Dena went above and beyond—she even brought things to the hotel for me when I was too sore to go out. She was genuinely at my beck and call.

I’m only two weeks post-op, so I haven’t seen the final results yet, but what I see so far, I’m very happy with. I’d highly recommend reaching out to Dena if you’re considering a procedure. Dr. Murat Polat is a highly regarded surgeon, and while no result is guaranteed, you’re setting yourself up for a very good experience.

Im from kuwait , i did breast lifting, liposuction , BBL and tummy tuck,, its been 2 weeks since i did the surgery and im so in love with the results , cant wait to see my final result , the doctor and everything was amazing.

I’ve recently had rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Murat Polat (early May 2025) and I am thrilled with the results and my new nose.
He and the team are very lovely, helpful, friendly, they made the experience of having my first surgery asleep, abroad in a foreign country, much more bearable.
I was very scared of being put to sleep, but the team were lovely.
My medical coordinator, Deena, has been incredible throughout. She felt like a friend straight away, a friendly face in a big foreign country. Deena was helpful, kind and patient with me and all my questions. She gave me lots of advice, support, and even suggestions of things to do in Istanbul and places to go.
I travelled alone (for the first time ever) and my partner and two young children flew out and joined me 3 days later and we spent 5 days exploring Istanbul together. It was so lovely. They were very accommodating of my family. They stayed in the 5* hotel with me with no extra charge, the hotel was lovely and we had breakfast included each morning for me and my family.
The pools and gym were closed during our stay due to renovation and we were only informed on arrival at the hotel which was a bit frustrating, as we had planned to have a few chilled days in the hotel by the pool with the children, but the hotel invited us for an evening meal together on our last night free of charge, and we did still have a lovely time in Istanbul sightseeing.
The whole team were very lovely and if I ever wanted any other surgery in future, I would go back to Dr. Murat Polat and his team again.
There was barely any pain at all after the surgery, the only thing I personally struggled with a little bit at times, was the swelling, however this is completely normal after surgery especially on your nose. I think the worst days were days 2-3 due to swelling but this settled really quickly and was still super bearable (and I’m a whimp!)
My swelling and bruising is calming down hugely now and I’m seeing amazing results only 10 days post op! I love my new nose, you guys have changed my life. Thank you!

I had a 360-degree liposuction performed by Dr. Murat Polat, and I am absolutely satisfied with both the result and the entire process. I was looked after by Ilyas, and everything — from communication to coordination — went smoothly and professionally. Scheduling the appointment was quick and hassle-free. I also received great support with the transfer, which made the whole process, especially after my hospital stay, much easier for me.

During my time in the hospital, I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. The entire team was attentive, kind, and caring at all times. After my discharge, I was supported by a nurse until my departure. This too was seamless, and I felt safe and well looked after throughout.

I can highly recommend Dr. Murat Polat — even though I haven't seen the final results yet, as the healing process can take up to six months, I am already very happy with the outcome.

I am three weeks post-op from Lipo 360 with J-Plasma and fat transfer. My experience with Dr. Murat Polat and his team has been a 10 out of 10. I am currently very happy with my results. The doctor is an honest and kind man who will tell you exactly what he believes is achievable for your body. He won’t make unrealistic promises if he doesn’t think they can be met, and he has created the exact body that I requested.

The nurses in the hospital were absolutely amazing, Every single one of them took really great care of me, They were very professional, but they were kind and caring and I didn’t feel judged, there was a lovely nurse called Hatice, she is one of the most compassionate ladies I have ever met, she helped me get dressed, held my hand, helped me walk and hugged me when I felt like I was struggling

The hotel is stunning and really luxury, And the transfer cars are lovely and the people that drive them really friendly and always on time, overall I could not fault my experience and would come again and recommend to a friend :)

I travelled 2 weeks ago for breast lift with implants, 360 lipo with jplasma with Dr Polat. From my arrival til my departure i couldn't fault anything. The team meet you at airport, transfer to hotel or hospital depending on procedure day etc. I settled in, showered and got picked up and took to hospital for my tests. These included bloods, an ecg, blood pressure and upper body scan. Ikyas, Yağmur and Dr Polat and his team were absolutely amazing. Reassured me of procedure, result expectations and recovery time. All the medical staff on the ward were amazing. The auxiliary staff, catering, nursing staff all fabulous. Nothing was a hassle and they were never away from me to check blood pressure, all observations etc after procedure. I've recommended them to friends and family who are making appointments to go see him. Dr Polat is a miracle worker. Cannot praise him highly enough. The hotel was stunning also. Place was spotless and staff were so lovely. The full package was well worth the money.

After researching for a long time to do my surgerys in turkey I found Dr murat polat on Instagram and was very impressed I started communicating with his personal assistant and they were extremely helpful and very patient with me as I had so many questions I decided to fly to turkey and do my mommy makeover with Dr murat I explained to him what my expectations were and he listen and tolk all my requirements on board I had a full tummy tuck,liposuction,j plasma,breast lift and Inplants.Dr murat is an amazing surgeon not only is he very experienced but he can talk full English and is so kind and understanding all of his staff including the nurses really looked after me in hospital and after spending 2 day at the hospital I was then taken to my hotel by there private taxi service everything included in the package including breakfast for 2 people which I travelled with my daughter inlaw.The nurse visited me every day and changed my dressing and also provided lymphatic massage which was 50 euros well worth it.His assistant yagmur and layda were so attentive I really appreciated there surport right through.It has been 2 months since I did the operation and let me tell you by far it has exceded my expectations my body is looking gorgeous and I am still swollen so I am looking forward to reach 6 month to see much better results for Mr Dr murat polat has changed my life and I will always have so much respect for him because he really does care for his patients and his work thank you so much Dr murat x

This is my second time traveling to Turkey and seeing Dr Murat. The first time I had a tummy tuck and muscle repair. When I tell you this was such a life changing experience and I am beyond happy I did this. I can finally wear my crop tops and feel comfortable in a swimsuit after two kids.

I am a year post op with that surgery and currently three weeks post op from 360 lipo, chin lipo, and BBL. I asked for a skinny bbl because I wanted a natural look but to enhance my hip dip area and round my butt. Obviously not at my final result but I love It. You also have to make sure you maintain your result though.

The doctor was amazing, hospital staff, hotel, nurse that came to visit me everyday, my coordinator, transportation etc. I was very close to the hospital, mall, went to the metro, coffee shops around, hotel has food serve. It was great I’d go back again!

My experience with dr Murat and he’s team was everything you could ever want your first time surgery, I suffer with severe aniexty and panic attacks and I had Deena as my person who sorted my operation and hotel. From the moment i messaged enquiring about the surgery Deena made me feel at ease and she was so lovely and professional she helped me throughout the 3 months my operation was booked for the 100 of questions I had for her she always answered me no matter the day or time she really was true diamond! When I finally met her she was everything I thought she was gonna be and more she is amazing at her job! Dr Murat is so professional and calm he understand and spoke to me about my boobs and helped me understand the size I had to go for health reasons and he even held me hand while I fell to sleep in the operation room! It has truly changed my life and my only regret is not doing it sooner!
