Hello, I was very disappointed when I went to BBL. Unfortunately, my choice of doctor was wrong because I had to have surgery again. The procedure was so painful that I am so angry at the people there that I will go through this again. I even removed the lymph drainage device because it felt hard on my body when I took it off. I will never go there again. Do they regret marginalizing so many people? Don't let the money they get bring them happiness. Remember, you are responsible for every tear I shed. I hope people like me don't hesitate to write this. Please don't let them fool you.

I went to Dr Murat Polat the 18th april for 360 lipo, arm lipo and BBL. The whole experience was very pleasant. His team is very nice, Ilyas is probably one of the most pleasant humans on earth. His nurse for after care is such a sweetheart.
The doctor and his team are very nice, but I’m sad to report that the results are subpar/mediocre. I was left with an uneven result and more of a slight enhancement of my original shape instead of an actual change. The lipo is good, I’m pleased with the lipo. The whole motto is that they highlight what you have and I agree, that’s what they do, but if you want proper change I wouldn’t recommend this doctor.
I was offered a free revision because after sending pictures of how it looks, I think the result spoke for itself, not up to standard. At this point I don’t feel comfortable doing a revision with someone who gave me such uneven results.
I did feel safe the whole time, and the doctor and team are very nice people.
The after care is good, all meds are given to prevent to much discomfort and possible complications.
I also felt a bit rushed when signing the paperwork before the operation, I wish I was given more time to read through everything. But that wasn’t the doctors fault.
All in all the experience was nice, the staff is very pleasant and warm, but the results are mediocre if you’re looking for actual change and not just slight enhancement.

Due to this I’m going to have to change my original review. Hope this will be helpful for others.

The doctor may look good. But he must looking good and gaining sympathy. The main thing about this job is the advertised procedures, it is rookie work. I definitely do not recommend it. It is a place that needs inspection. Please do not go. Bad comments here can be bought and deleted. If you have the courage, you should publish this comment.

i had my breasts enlarged by dr murat polat and i am happy!! the procedure in istanbul went well, ilyas was my contact person and always there for me with questions and other things. the dr was also very nice and did a good job. the nurses were all so nice and kind. unfortunately i have forgotten their names. so all in all a perfect team. my breasts are currently in the healing process as the operation was only 2 weeks ago. but i am very excited about my final result, as the breasts will still change a lot.

it's almost a month since I had my lipo and tummy tuck with Dr. Morat. From the inquiries with Dr. Ilyas, everything was amazing. Whole team is very helpful. They will assist you every step of the way and will do everything to make you comfortable. Dr. Morat is the best. I am very much satisfied. he just did my surgery perfectly and the look is so natural. All the nurses, especially Nurse Havva..she is an angel. I would definitely recomment their team. All worth it.

I am from uk i had bbl and liposuction with dr murat polat the whole procedure went all great the nurses were amazing , especially the on site nurse (Hawa) she was brilliant so helpful and professional at what she does !!! the doctors assistant (Ilyas) he was always responsive to my messages and requests which made my stay easy and last but not least the surgeon him self (Dr Murat) he knew exactly what sort of results i wanted and he did everything how i wanted it to be i would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone whose going for BBL and lipo all pre op tests were done to ensure you are safe to go for surgery which is good it gives you peace of mind and you know you will be in safe hands!

I unfortunately have to update my review a year after my surgery.
This is because I wish I had read a review like this before having surgery with Dr Murat Polat. And it is only fair to share this - so that someone like me can save themselves the heartbreak that I feel now.

Initially, I had some concerns with the results but was told that with time as they heal, they will improve, and I was happy with the results I could see initially and the reassurances I was given.

As time has gone on, and I have fully recovered, I feel it is only right to share what I would have liked to know before booking surgery with Dr Murat.

I had a breast reduction, and I am not sure if Dr Murat had done a breast reduction as large as mine because my results are not great.

1. The areolas on each breast are different shapes, one of my areolas instead of having a round edge, it has a piece missing from it so does not look round or neat, it looks as if it was rushed. I would be surprised if Dr Murat did this areola, I think this may have been a student or someone practicing as the other areola is perfect so I am not sure why they look so different, not only is the shape different but the thickness and stitching are not as good quality.

So please if you are going to him stress the fact you would like your areolas to look neat and they should not have pieces missing from the edge.

2. They are too small for my size. Dr Murat spoke about making me a C which made no sense to me as I was bigger than average so I said "no, don't make them too small" he also spoke to me about getting a tummy tuck which I said I never wanted to do, now looking back on it I think he made them smaller in the hopes I would come back for a tummy tuck. As he made my breasts smaller than my belly which makes no sense to me, if you are trying to improve a womans physique.

So please if you are going to him be very clear on the size you think would work for your body.

3. I have no feeling in my nipples, they also do not work. my nipples no longer harden, feel sensation - they do nothing, it all just looks like one big aerola.

I am not sure why this happened to me, I had a friend who had the same surgery 6 months ago with another Dr. and she has gained some sensation back. When I say I have no sensation I mean none! My nipple might as well not even be there. It honestly does not even feel as though my nipple is connected to anything.

4. I also have dog ears, which is a clear sign that too much was taken - but this is not something I am too upset about as I understand this can happen.

Overall as my last review stated the service I received was great! and it was! even after surgery. The 2 stars are for the customer service received.
But the surgery itself and my results are extremely disappointing.
Dr Murat did offer to have me come back to rectify the issues by adding implants at a discounted price. But that was just not an option for me, and I did not want to waste more money.

Please if anyone is going to get a breast reduction with Dr Murat be very clear on the size you want, do not leave it up to the surgeon as they don't always know best - as in my case my new size was not matched with my body type.
Please also discuss ensuring you keep your nipple sensation and that they should do everything they can to keep that working.

I’ve had an abdominoplasty surgery with Dr. Murat Polat 1 week ago and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a patient. The whole team is very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive, Srour is the best person to be in contact with for his impeccable communication skills and understanding your needs. Havva is the best nurse one can wish for, for her knowledge, skills and ability to make us feel better.
I highly recommend them.

I had a breast reduction end of January with Dr. Murat Polat and I am just thrilled.
I went alone to Istanbul for the operation and I was looked after the whole time and they made me feel like I wasn't alone. Ilyas was by my side the whole time and gave me courage and allayed my fears. Everything was great I can highly rrcommend you Dr. Murat Polat!! Even after the operation, I was visited every day by the nurse Hava and was always looked after!! I love this doctor and Dr.'s team.

If I could give 10 stars I would. This has been one of the best experiences I have had. I had a MMO and from first making contact with the medical consultant Ilyas until I landed back in the UK afterwards. I have had 5 star treatment.

Dr Murat is a very wise and knowledgeable surgeon who is patient and kind. Ilyas my medical consultant was available all the time answering all my questions. (I had a lot). The nurses in the hospital were caring and there was no language barrier as everyone spoke English). If anyone is considering having surgery, then this is the place to go!

This isn't just another company, it's a family and when you are with them, they treat you as such.

I was communicating with
Doctor Murat clinic which I was talking to his assistant, Srour inquiring about a procedure. He was communicating clearly and friendly. Srour was open and direct with me about the procedure and the doctor’s recommendation of what I want. I recommend this clinic as they very Professional and honrst.

I had my Rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Murat on 22nd of December 2023, and although I am still in the healing process. I am can express how that happy with the result so far. I am grateful for his assistant Bader as well who provided all the information I needed to know or asked prior and post surgery! I was really nervous before the surgery but both Bader and Dr Murat ensured me that I had nothing to worry about. I was collected from the airport and transported to the hospital and everyone I met at the hospital were friendly and very kind as well. The hotel that was booked for me was also fairly good too. I’m very happy with the experience and I recommend anyone who wants to have their surgery done them. Very professional and very pleasant.

I had breast surgery with Dr Murat Polat on 18th January ‘24 and the results have been amazing! Everything was planned so well, I was collected from the airport and taken to a beautiful hotel and then when it was my surgery time I was collected from my hotel and taken to their clinic which was stunning and very clean and well presented.
All the staff there are wonderful and so accommodating, literally cannot do enough for you to make you feel comfortable.

I am from the UK and came to Istanbul for a Breast Augmentation and Uplift by Dr Murat Polat who was absolutely amazing and very professional. Okay, Cant explain the experience with just a review. Everything started with a phone Consultation as i leave abroad. The Medical Consultant was so nice and provide me with all the details of the process. Of course i was a little hesitant but he mad me feel very confident. All inclusive package, with transportation, stay and medical care. I met my Doctor (Murat Polat) who listened and made sure i will get the results i desire. For everyone’s information i had no pain, i want to emphasise that. Hospital staff care was non stop on top of my head including the aftercare with Nurses coming to visit in the hotel and make sure am okay. Had an absolute amazing week and it definitely didn’t feel that i went only for an operation. After all i didn’t stay in, had been visiting all İstanbul attractions. I can say i felt very safe as i went alone. I can’t thank enough Srour (Medical consultant) he was a great support, help and friend. You will be very lucky to be looked after him. Couldn’t be more happy with their hospitality. They all excited my expectations. Thank you so much. ☺️
