Everything was very disorganised from the very start of me arriving. Istanbul airport to start with is huge. Taking around 30 minutes to actually exit once landed. Then around 50 minutes to get to the hotel. (Please consider this in mind once you’ve had surgery and are recovering). The transfers did not have my name registered nor knew who we were. At this point I was trying to get hold of the medical coordinator ilyas who didn’t answer. Although I had told him before we were delayed. This was very alarming to begin with. Then the hotel wasn’t organised properly, considering I had informed him regarding my plus one needing stair access. This didn’t give me much confidence in such a life changing decision. How am I meant to trust my surgeon if they’re unable to organise anything properly? I also would like to talk about how everything was last minute. I was informed about my pre op appointment once I was finally contacted by illyas to sleep and get some rest therefore I woke up having to rush to my pre op as this again was a last minute request. Once I got there I was asked for my passport, again I was annoyed as I wasn’t informed to bring this. I was never showed my test results still even 3 days after for my bloods and X-ray although I was promised Id be sent it within 4 hours. Lastly I was informed I’d have surgery at 8am then told I was to have my surgery at 16:00. The instagram is very misleading. I have also come across new reviews that are very disturbing and I could not ignore. I will not be coming going ahead with surgery. Too many excuses. Unprofessional and unpromising.

It was a great experience and I had a pleasant stay there. Everyone was very courteous and friendly.

I was brought on the path by a good friend of mine. he had good experience with DR. Murat Polat, and his team. I contacted Ilyas and he guided me through the whole process. The operation and the duration of my stay was professional, it was a good hotel near the hospital. The Nurse was really calm and caring. The hair clinic was also very professional. I am more than happy with the result and i will recommend Dr. Murat Polat and Ilyas to my friends.

Surgeries always scares me especially major cosmetic ones.Picking the right doctor took a long time for me .After doing lots of research for a good surgeon, I found Dr Murat ,he checked all boxes for me ,with his academics and experience.Bader was knowledgeable ,attentive and courteous.Answered all my questions and concerns. He made all the processes and procedure smooth and easy .His smile gave u peace and comfort.Dr murat is very professional , explained my procedure in details and I love the results.The whole staff from nurses to there assistants were amazing and caring. Hawa also the nurse came to the house I was staying in and took care of my sutures was very professional and sweet .The hospital was clean and up to the American standards with a reasonable price. I will definitely comeback for any future procedures and I highly recommend them.

I cannot even express how great Dr Murat is .. his kindness , warmth and professionalism made me so calm and welcome . The hospital is great , so clean and the nurses are dedicated to their jobs !! Very well trained and so sweet !! I am so so happy with my results , dr Murat you have changed my life ! I started to feel very happy with myself , you are a great plastic surgeon with a heart of gold . Another thing I want to add is about Layda who is very warm , kind and so professional ..she is very honest , helpful and always replies to messages very quickly. Dr. Murat is incredibly hospitable and kind! I had a great experience here receiving Botox. The staff at the hospital are also very welcoming. The consultant Bader went above and beyond to make my stay easy and comfortable. They are very organized here and are strong in communication. Great team of people here!

I had the perfect experience with DR Polat and I had Ilyas as my coordinator. From my first contact and a million questions, Ilyas answered all of them with no problem and stayed in constant contact with me throughout my trip. He made the experience so much more comfortable for me as I travelled alone and was quite nervous.

Dr Polat is honest and kind and helped me to feel at ease at our consultation and after my surgery. My incisions are neat, which is something I was worried about and I believe I will be left with minimal scarring.

A special mention to the nurse who kindly visited me at my hotel and helped me with my aftercare, thank you.

After loosing significant weight, I was aware of the need for surgery and I started researching for plastic surgery clinics and received different plans from many clinics. Dr Murat was recommended by a close friend almost a year ago and since then I contacted the clinic and initiated discussions with Layda. I knew there is no way I could avoid having the procedures but equally I was anxious travelling to a different country, not knowing the healthcare service, language barrier and so on. Layda managed to answer all my questions, reassuring me constantly. Layda organised a video consultation with Dr Murat and during the call I had all my questions answered. It took me a bit of time to finally decide but I have no regrets! The whole experience was amazing, from the moment I landed until I left Turkey. During the consultation, Dr Murat advised the type of procedures required in order to receive a good result: abdominoplasty, vaser 360 and breast reduction and uplift. I appreciated that the recommendation provided was focusing on my health, and long term goals. During my stay in the hospital, I was well cared for and staff was supportive, responsive and had no issues with communication, some nurses speaking English and all had Google translator ☺️
Once I got discharged from hospital, I was transferred to the hotel (5*) where I met nurse Havva. She visited me daily, changing dressing, assisting with personal care, ensuring pain is well managed but most importantly was the lymphatic massage. Omg! Personally, I never received lymphatic massage only relaxing, anticelulitic etc but it is a game changer! After each session I felt better and better. Havva also, showed me how to gently massage to support the healing process and continue as much as possible, which I still do daily. Dr Murat recommended to continue with the massage once returned home, and suggested perhaps 10 sessions and plenty of water. I completed 16 massage sessions paused for a month, but still doing daily the procedure Havva recommended and last week I started the massage again acknowledging the benefits and feel amazing.
Dr Murat advises constantly the importance of massage, fluids intake, diet and sport. From my personal experience, he could not be more correct! It is a long term process and I follow his advice religiously and I am pleased with the outcome. Surgical sites, scars healed well, no issues, nice thin lines.
Now, almost 3 months post surgery I love the outcome and so so happy. Life changing!

I had an amazing experience at Dr. Murat’s clinic. I spent most of my time with his consultant Bader, who remained by my side the entire time and made sure I had everything I needed. It was an extremely calm and pleasant experience and I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to visit!

I came over from England with my best friend on 6/6/24 for breast augmentation. Prior to arriving we were in constant contact with Badar re all arrangements and any questions we had, which were always answered promptly and fully, any of my concerns were addressed and I felt reassured and supported . We were cared for every step of the way , Dr Polat was amazing , extremely professional and made sure we were happy with all aspects of the pending procedure. Everyone we encountered was caring , sensitive and extremely helpful . The level of care received and the attention paid to us whilst in the hospital was excellent and completely faultless . I could not of asked for a better level of care . The hotel was amazing and we had daily care from a nurse . Special thanks to Badar who went out of his way to support us throughout this whole journey and has remained in regular contact with us since arriving home , to check our recovery and continue to support and answer questions. Hello, Vanessa here writing and I had a BBL surgery with Dr. Murat on the 12th June 2024.
I can’t tell if I got high pain tolerance (due previous surgeries I had and no bad pain felt) or if it has something to do with the surgeon hands but I had an amazing experience with Dr. Murat, from the first contact with Ilyas thru WhatsApp till the last second in Istanbul I was well taken care of. All my questions, concerns were addressed and pleased and I’m really happy and in love so far with the results, great team and amazing nurses at the hospital! I have nothing bad to mention during my stay in Istanbul and Ilyas did an amazing post op job with me. I want to give a special thanks to Havva, the nurse that visited me every single day at the Hotel and gave me the massages, loved her, loved the soft hands, the calm energy she transmitted, how patient she was and she definitely made this experience 10 times better, I’ve seen with my own eyes other post op nurses being rude, not caring at all and just getting things done and I was scared that could be me but not for a second, thank you so much Havva!

I flew over from the UK and underwent a breast augmentation and upper bhlethroplasty, I cannot fault the care I received, Bader was in constant communication prior to my procedure whilst I was in England and was exceptional in answering all of my questions. Coming from abroad to this clinic was a great experience, trust worthy and genuine honest people.
I had a peaceful and smooth experience with the team who are always ready to assist, as the staff are on site constantly 24/7 after surgery, providing assistance/meals and help.

Whilst doing my research to find the surgeon right for me I came across Dr Murat Polat and was very impressed with his work and the results he achieved. I reached out for more information through the coordinator Ilyas who quickly responded to any of my queries and advised what surgeries Dr Murat Polat had advised for me. The whole booking process was very efficient and between booking 6 months earlier than my scheduled surgery date communications were maintained.
The consultation process with Dr Murat Polat was very useful and thorough. He has a very warm, fun nature which instantly makes you feel relaxed and gives you a sense of being in good hands. After agreeing on a 360 tummy tuck, 360 and upper back vaser lipo and a breast lift with implants, Dr Murat drew me up and then the nurses helped me prepare for theatre.
The nurses on the ward are so caring and attentive, whether it be just checking in on you regularly or holding your hand and stroking your hair. It really makes all the difference and gives you a sense of feeling safe. The nurses spoke little English however they work around the communication barrier by using translation apps. The hospital itself was clean and the room I stayed in was cleaned twice daily and comfortable for myself and my companion who also stayed in the room with me.
After being given the all clear and discharged from the hospital, myself and my companion were taken to a nearby 5* hotel. The hotel room was spacious and accessible for post surgery patients. The house keeping team were very respectful when coming into the room and checked regularly if we needed anything extra such as water or pillows. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our package during our stay at the hotel included breakfast where we found there to be multiple choices to suit all dietary requirements.
During the stay in the hotel I was visited by nurse Havva. She is an absolute angel with so much knowledge and passion around post surgery care. She assisted with showering, changing dressings, drainage massages etc. When leaving to go home, I felt so vulnerable to not see Havva daily and have her expertise and reassurance, however it was such a special touch when she visited a post surgery clinic I used back home to check up on my recovery.
I am now approaching 11 weeks post op and recovery has been a journey but it has never been too much trouble for the team when I have reached out for support or advice.
Finally the work Dr Murat Polat has done to my body is outstanding. He is clearly very skilled and talented with an eye for perfection whilst in theatre. My scars are discreet and very neat which was important to me. I could not be happier with my results and highly recommend him as a surgeon for plastic surgery.

After seeing the amazing results Dr Murat Polat achieved for someone in the same situation, I made an enquiry with Ilyas. Dr Murat suggested that I would need a 360 Tummy Tuck, Vaser Liposuction, breast reduction and lift. After doing some research with other surgeons, I decided Dr Murat was the best fit for me and booked with him. The language barrier was easily overcome by using translation apps. After being discharged from the hospital, the hotel was great. The rooms were comfortable, with staff happy to help with any request. The breakfast was included and there was plenty to choose from. The room service meals were delicious and reasonable too. The nurse (Havva) would visit daily to change dressings, see to the drains and do lymphatic drainage massage where necessary. She was lovely, knowledgeable and always reassuring. After returning home, Ilyas checks in with you weekly to make sure you are okay and will answer questions via the doctor and nurse. I am now 8 weeks post op and can honestly say that what Dr Murat has done for me is life changing. Thank you to Dr Murat Polat and all of his team!

Hello ,two breast implant and mastopexy interventions and both wrong, my breasts are left immediately after the intervention, I don't recommend this doctor Murat Polat for breast implants, very expensive and horrible results, wasted money, the breasts are very far away and very left, very ugly even though I did it twice or this intervention in the he , hate the result

I travelled from Scotland to Istanbul to have a breast reduction surgery with doctor Murat Polat. prior to that, I was in contact with them on WhatsApp. Ilyas made sure to respond to all my messages and questions, explaining to me how the process will be. He even helped me when I had issues with my visa application. one thing I really loved about working with dr Murat and Ilyas is their prompt response whenever I had any issues or questions. I love the way they let you have a voice and tell them what you need and how you want things done while also providing the best advice. Ilyas was in contact with me regularly until I got to Istanbul. the hospital had prepared a ride for me from the airport to the hospital and I had that splendid service throughout my entire stay in Istanbul. the way I was welcomed upon arrival to the hospital was so fulfilling. I had my blood test and sans done and I was transported to the hotel. the hotel is a five star hotel with very big, nice and comfortable rooms. the next day I had my consultation with dr Murat. he was so nice and respectful, explained the procedure to me and answered all my questions. the nurses at the hospital were so lovely and accommodating. ilyas is such a hardworking and kind man who made sure that all the process of my surgery from start to finish went smoothly. He was even in contact with my aunt to let her know that I was in good hands. I was given a lot of reassurance before surgery and after the surgery. after the surgery, the nurses made sure that I was okay, administering painkillers and antibiotics. they were there for me emotionally to help me get through the phase. I would say that their pain management is so good because despite feeling pain, there was never a time where I felt any pain that wasn't bearable. this made the whole post op experience easier and by the next day I felt stronger. Ilyas and doctor Murat also came to check on me after the surgery. also I must give accolades to the nurses and medical staff that stayed the night after surgery with me. their dedication and care knows no bound. the next day, dr Murat came in to show me with a mirror my results. I really could not believe the result I got, the perfect size and the perfect shape and now after 6 weeks post op the result is even better. my splendid experience does not end there because after my surgery, the nurse was coming in every day to change my dressings and support me. Ilyas was in contact with me constantly checking up on me and responding promptly to my questions. I was given more pain killers to help with pain. there was never a time where I felt alone despite travelling alone to get this surgery done. on my last day I met with the team one last time and they gave me more advice on what I should do to make my post op experience swift. they also arranged a transport for me to the airport. even after getting back to scotland, I am still in contact with Ilyas who relays all my worries to the medical team. I have had such a wonderful experience and have followed their advice. I haven't had any complications and my breast look so wonderful. dr Murat hands are blessed indeed. it is such a wonderful experience and such a hardworking and dedicated team. I definitely would use them again.

I got my surgery a week ago today by Dr Murat Polat, I’ve had surgery previously with another clinic in turkey and it didn’t feel as personal as going directly though his assistant Ilyas. My aftercare was much better, I was given a heater to warm up after waking up from the general anaesthetic which I wasn’t given in another clinic as well as blood thinners, scar gel and aspirin to take home. Since coming home Ilyas has kept in contact and I’ve been sent my table pictures which were also not given to me from a previous clinic. I’m happy with my results so far and my two problem areas I stressed to Dr Murat Polat in the consultation have been addressed perfectly, as I needed some previous plastic surgery work, tidied up as I had lost a considerable amount of weight from my previous surgery. This was my least painful recovery and any questions I’ve asked have been answered quickly and I’m happy to not be chasing up for answers as getting surgery abroad is scary enough. Definitely recommend Dr Murat Polat and his assistant is excellent.

A good doctor must give good results. We were definitely not satisfied with the result. My implant. Very bad condition. Disproportionate. I would never recommend it.
