I had a breast reduction and uplift with Dr Murat Polat. At first I was very afraid to go to Istanbul for surgery because of the bad reputation of plastic surgery in Turkey but I'm glad I have chose Dr Murat Polat. He is a very kind and professional doctor and my results are better than expected! What a life changer! The first contact was Ahmed who organised my stay in the clinic and hotel, all transfers from the airport to the hotel. He was so kind to help with everything. The after care is brilliant. Nurse was coming to my hotel room to change the dressings. When I came back to UK, Denisa who is very friendly contacted me and offered a support with after care. She is telling me step by step what to do and I can contact her with any questions I need to ask. Also I will send photos of my scars on a weekly basis for the doctor to review my healing process. I have recommended Dr Murat to my friend who is also considering a breast surgery.

I had an unbelievably good experience from start to finish and still to today can’t believe I actually done it. I had a breast reduction 5 weeks ago courtesy of Dr Murat and I can not speak more highly of him and his team. Not only did they make me feel so relaxed but the results are insane. He has changed my life forever and I just wish I did it sooner. Dr Murat is such a nice man and my boobs are a perfect shape and size and I have had so many compliments and jaw dropping reactions, literally. Deena was amazing as she organised the whole thing and was so supportive and honest and sweet even weeks before the surgery. I actually started to feel bad at how late I would contact her but she would respond immediately everytime. I actually work in the medical industry in the UK but would hands down come back here and recommend others do too! I had nurse Hava come for my aftercare and she was so lovely and very knowledgeable about the healing process. The aftercare was amazing, even still they are so supportive. I cannot thank the team enough and if I could give a 6 star I would!!!

After long screening and choosing the right doctor for me I came to Istanbul. I believed and have been proven that dr Murat Polat is what he appears to be. Very modest but also very skilfull doctor.
I made contact and was taken care by Deena. Very sweet and dedicated young woman. Our correspodence was fluid, she was allways kind and ready to answer any question no matter the time of day, giving me all the information I needed to feel comfortabile to fly to Turkey alone. She has organized me to be picked up at the airport and taken directly to the hospital for tests because I arrived late and we didnt want to lose a day to do that. In the morning I met dr Murat Polat and was so surprised by his simplicity that I even forgot to tell him what I wish when it came to my lipo 360. He was calm and reashuring, made me feel safe. I had 3 procedures done and all od them turned out to be better than I have hoped for. My armlift was perfect, breast implants chosen to fit my body size and my liposuction turned out to be done to target exactly what I needed and forgot to say. My stomach was flat but I felt wide and he gave me curve to envy. Since I came alone I was gratefull to be able to stay at the hospital for 2 nights before going to hotel. I was affraid how would I manage since I couldnt move my arms. Doctor offered solution ans I was happy to accept it. To think back I would prefer hospital stay over 5*hotel anyway, just to watch them, to be part of their day. Hoapital nurses were all very patient and caring. At the hotel i was visited by nurse Hawa. Strict but so very precious. She would help me undress, take a shower, take care of my incissions and get me back into corset. Later on she did also lymphatic drainage massages.
My whole experience since that first contact til last day was very smooth, full of good hardworking people that make our life better by their knowledge, helpfull hand, kind word and will to give their best to people they dont even know but make them feel like familly.
If I ever decide to have any other procedure done it will be by best team, this team.

I don't think there și anything more everyone could've done for me while I was in Istanbul. The level of physical and emotional support that I received was amazing, I can't explain how much kindness and care these people show you, and how your wellbeing is the most important thing for them as professionals☺️.

Amazing 10/10 experience with Dr Murat and his team. Most importantly my results were exactly what I had asked for. Dr Murat was very friendly and so were his staff. Drivers were all on time and nurses were all so friendly and took such good care of me. I had my massages done by an amazing lady who would visit my hotel and assist in cleaning me and lymphatic drainage massages for my bbl. My patient coordinator Ilyas let me know every next step on what was happening. Overall my experience and surgery results were beyond what I was expecting or even hoping for.

I have an incredible experience with Dr Murat Porats team. I have started connected with my dear Ilyas which was truly supportive from the start until now. I must say everyone in the team knows what they are doing and you will feel safe on your entire journey. Dr Murat is very talented and has a kind heart. His hand is so blessed with talent and i would say the attitude is so positive. My wonderful Havva did an amazing massage and was very keen in giving advices on what to follow after the procedure. My sweet Buse is still with me until now even if im away from Turkey and she was assisting with all my concerns post surgery. She keeps monitoring on my recovery journey. I had a septorhinoplasty operation, since the first telephone contact Layda and Esma helped me overcome my fears for the operation, in Turhey I had a great time all the staff and DR Murat Polat were magnificent and super professional. I am very happy with the result

I’ve Been Down at your place, for an operation, i did a boob job, a BBL and a 360, lipo and i just want to say im very happy for the results, and the process Down there was very Good, i had Arslan as a head contact Down there and i really liked he is so lovely and sweet ❤️ I like how he did his Work, and he was very calm about things, i liked that. Im also very happy about the service, it was on point. Also i liked the way u guys kept the contact to make sure i Got home safe and kept the contact with me for a couple of days to make sure i was okay, and they told me if there was any problem at all i could contact Them. I can only recommend them 110% ❤️

I recently returned to dr murat polat for my 2nd surgery after losing weight I hated my arms so decided to have brachioplasty I arrived at istanbul airport and my chauffeur was waiting I had an early flight so was taken to the hotel 5star grand cevahir which is amazing a couple of hours later I was met by Bader and taken to the hospital to see Dr murat polat and have tests and spoke about my surgery I was then taken back to my hotel until the next morning when I was picked up for surgery I was 1st on the list surgery went smoothly the aftercare was amazing the nurses was there helping me through my every need I stayed in hospital for 1 night and then returned to the hotel where the nurse came in every day and changed my dressings gave me lymphatic massages the scar I have is almost transparent after only 4 weeks so will vanish to nothing once home I had messages from Bader and buse checking on my recovery if I decide to have more surgery I will be back I am yet again happy with my surgery thanks to the best surgeon and team

This is my second time visiting Istanbul for cosmetic surgery and this time I had chin liposuction with Dr Murat. After doing thorough research I decided to reach out to Dr Murat's team to make an enquiry.

My patient co-ordinator was ilyas, he answered all of my questions and arranged for myself and my mother to fly out to Turkiye on 25th September. The hotel was beautiful and transfer to and from the hotel and the hospital was perfect. I had my pre-op tests on 26th September which indicted anemia (to which I was prescribed some iron tablets) but because the surgery was considered minor I was able to go ahead with it.

The testing was thorough and very transparent which put me at ease. I met ilyas, Dr Murat and a few of the nurses before surgery. Dr Murat is very professional and friendly, he told me what the surgery would entail, the length of time, took pictures and asked if I had any questions.

The after care team were brilliant, they monitored my progress until I was discharged the next day. ilyas and Dr Murat were always in communication with me up until my departure date and a lovely nurse by the name of Havva came to my hotel to do massages and attended to my dressing on a daily basis.

I felt like a celebrity the entire time and I couldn't ask for more. Even now, ilyas checks in to see how I am and I now have a specialist who I can contact with any medical concerns.

I cannot wait until I see the full results (I've already started to notice positive changes to the treated area), having had previous surgery before, know it won't be over night, these things take weeks and sometimes even months to see full results so patience is needed.

With that being said, I would highly recommend Dr Murat and co for your surgery, the level of knowledge, communication and care is outstanding.

I initially came for liposuction but after doing the pre-op tests I was overweight for the procedure and was advised to get the gastric sleeve which I did. The best decision ever. Aslan was the absolute best. He organised everything. I travelled alone and he made sure to never leave my side. He looked after me - such a sweet man! Even after I arrived my country he still kept in touch everyday. Thank you Aslan YOU ARE THE BEST !

She was able to advise me and reassure me about my project.
Dr Murat is a very attentive doctor, who takes the time to come and see you before the operation and explain how things are going to work.
As soon as you wake up, he comes to see you, and the day after the operation too. He's always available if you have any questions.

My experience with Dr Murat and his team was amazing! For my lipo 360, I contacted several different clinics and ended up going with Dr Murat mainly because of the results I had seen on instagram and how lovely my patient coordinator Deena was. When she first reached out to me, she sent me a voice note which allowed me to put a voice to the name early on. She was super super friendly, answered all my questions and concerns and just gave a unique personal touch to my whole experience. She was honestly one of the main reasons I decided to go here!

The team were very organised. When I checked into the hotel the night before my surgery, nurse Havva came to see me. Words can’t describe how lovely and funny this lady is! Super professional too. She came to see me everyday after my surgery to change my dressings and give me massages. I won’t lie the massages are painful but she definitely tried to be as gentle as she could.

Dr Murat was also lovely. I’ve spoken to some doctors in the past who showed a lack of enthusiasm but Dr Murat was far from that. He was very bubbly, smiley and also answered all questions I had regarding my final look. I felt like I was in safe hands. The nurses at the hospital were so lovely and would frequently come and check up on me during my time there. The hotel we stayed at was also very nice!

It’s been three weeks since my surgery and I’m loving my results. Can’t wait to see how it’ll look once the swelling has decreased. Would highly recommend coming here!

Dr. Murat Polat is an amazing, talented highly experienced and professional doctor. And his staff including Bader the international medical coordinator, who goes above and beyond to make you feel safe, secure and an excellent communicator. To his nursing, I would like to point out Havva, the aftercare nurse is a kind, compassionate and an excellent nurse, to hospital staff are truly remarkable and much more compassionate and empathetic than I have experienced in the United States. Let me start with my journey to having surgery in Turkey. I did much research and found Dr. Polat to be the best surgeon for what I was looking to have done. One of my surgeries was a reconstruction so I made the decision to have 2 surgeries done 6 months apart. Bader was amazing at communicating, every step of the process, when I arrived in Turkey I was given the exact location with a video on where to meet the driver, I was taken to the hospital where I was greeted by Bader, he took me for all my tests, the tests were extremely thorough, much more thorough and efficient than what I ever experienced in the US. After my tests, I was taken to the hotel and went to sleep early for my morning surgery. In the morning, I arrived at the hospital, I was greeted by Bader and taken to my private, very clean and comfortable room, The wonderful nurses came in and were very pleasant, one of my concerns was the language barrier but Bader helped to explain everything and their is a translation app that they use to communicate. After Dr. Polar came in and detailed everything and marked the location of my incisions. I was taken to the operating room feeling very anxious and nervous and the doctor came in and held my hand until I was put under anesthesia, which was a sense of security. After surgery I stayed one night in the hospital and was taken back to my hotel. Havva, the aftercare nurse is absolutely amazing, she came in every day changed my bandages and helped me get in the shower and made sure I was comfortable. Later in the week she took me for a hair blowout and we went to lunch which was very nice since I was alone. I am very grateful to her for doing this for me. Sic months later I came back for my reconstruction surgery, I had a horrible experience with a Dr. In the United States, I was left with horrible scarring which effected how I felt about myself and my confidence and self esteem. I had no doubt that Dr. Polat was the best surgeon based on his education, impressive medical experience and years of private practice. Again, I had the exact same experience as the first time when I came six months prior. His medical team is exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The aftercare is also exceptional, and that was very important to me.
I am 2 months out of surgery, I followed the exact aftercare and they gave me a Skar cream that is amazing and I bought scar bands on Amazon. The results are beyond my expectations. I am so grateful to Dr. Polat, he is the best. Thank you Dr. Polat

The lady (Evva) who visited me every day at the hotel was also so sweet.The entire team was amazing. I felt so safe, as if I were with family. Everything went smoothly, and the hotel was luxurious.
