This was my first time purchasing from Droix, I have in the past purchased handheld devices via crowdfunding.
Not only does the recent increase in import duty make this less appealing but if you have a defect you will really struggle dealing direct with the manufacturer. It will take months to resolve.

I did have a minor manufacturing issue with my win max and Droix have been amazing!
Pre purchase advice and rapid delivery first class!

I reported the issue and they replied within hours to offer service advice.
Within a day or two they offered to repair or replace the item.

I really cant stress enough how valuable the Droix 2 year warranty and excellent support team is when purchasing imported devices.

Great communication and the item arrived a bit quicker than expected although I didn't notice it was on 'back order' at the time. The case fits the Pocket 4 perfectly and is helping to stop it getting scratched. Only small thing would be to have the clasp lock or hold in place in some way but having a magnet would be a no-no. Highly recommended seller.

I had a couple of questions before placing the order & although submitted over email, both received a timely response. The package shipped out on the day of ordering & arrived the following day before 1pm, as promised.

Edit2: My order arrived the day after it shipped which is great. However the monitor is acting up in that sometimes it works and other times it dosent. It’s supposed to be 1 cable does all, but more often then not I have to plug it into the mains to get it to turn on, then it decides to work on the single cable.

Honestly I would return it, but I bought it in a hurry as I needed it for a conference that I’m going to and now don’t have the time to faf around trying to replace and return it.

Edit: My order has shipped and had someone respond to my forum post saying they hadn’t received the emails. Also the cable I ordered was “back listed” which was why my order wasn’t sent next day. This is still bad IMO, why sell something as available next day when it clearly wasn’t!

Will update once I receive the monitor

Ordered a portable monitor from them on Sunday, paying the premium for next day delivery. Since they only operate Monday to Friday was expecting it to be shipped
Monday for delivery Tuesday.

It’s now Thursday and it’s still sat in “processing” Tried to ring both of their listed phone numbers but both lines are dead. Sent a couple of emails with no response, even posted on their forums with no response.

Went back to the website to cancel the order only to find you can’t.

So yeah, I’m out £250 and a heavy lesson learnt

Fantastic handheld, beyond powerful.
Only niggles are that the ayaspace needs some work doing to it.
The sticks seem to drift and require constant tweaking from game to game to avoid this.
Thankfully, these are all things that you can work around, because when you do, this thing is phenomenal!!
It runs android based games beautifully and smoothly. It runs emulation up to PS2/switch/Xbox with more or less no issues or dramas if you know what you're doing.

I went all in on this device (ironically whilst waiting for the soul red ayaneo pocket micro) in regards to screen/memory and I'm glad I did, as I can see this carrying through for the next few generations of handhelds released in the 2025/26 window.

Would I suggest to a friend...??

Quick delivery, delighted with the product.

Customer service were helpful pre-purchase and shipping updates were frequent. The Win Mini I purchased has been excellent so far!

Really easy to deal with. Had quick delivery of item however it didn't work. No problem all my issues sorted out in double quick time. Eventually the item had to be returned so a free postal label was emailed to me (48hr service) and a full no quibble refund issued. These guys stand by their customers service and they did me and themselves proud. Thanks guys.

Arrived quickly and packaged well. Would definitely consider ordering from here again!
