The service you get with the people behind running Droix is truly great. I had to change my delivery type (because my package was going to be a bit expensive to leave without insurance) pretty much last-minute because something went wrong (probably on my client-side, browser selection went haywire) and the sales team handled that very fast after communicating with them emailand they were very kind and polite throughout. If all other businesses were run like this, the world would have no problems. At least, when it comes to customer experience.

They have great products and excellent prices. I found their website to be slightly buggy (for example when applying a shipping coupon at checkout), but in the end I was able to order the items I wanted. If you encounter issues with the website, reach out to their service department. Speaking of which, they provided probably the best service I've ever experienced from a company, anywhere. They clearly care about their customers, reputation and the products they supply. I can highly recommend them.

Overall a good experience but I had some trouble ordering on the site. The site kept giving me an error message when trying to proceed with my order. I asked for help through the support chat. While the customer support was nice and clearly eager to help, I ultimately had to resolve the issue myself. I had added a protective case for the device I was ordering as the site offered the case for free. However I could only proceed with the purchase upon removing the case from my cart! So no complimentary case for me...
The website is tad on the slower side and has some confusing quirks going on like how the sales labels might linger around even when the sale is over.
I received my device in good condition. It seems like the included power adapter is not from the original manufacturer of the device but I assume that's because of the original adapter wouldn't come with an EU type plug.

As an EU citizen I initially was weary ordering a product in this price range outside the union, but this UK based shop has amazed me with it's friendliness, forward thinking and flexibility.
I had decided to buy a GPD Win Max 2 at Droix because of the warranty perks in comparison with the producers website and after experiencing a small screen issue (where few columns of the white pixels on the screen where mirrored with the next columns of pixels, weird!) I was happy I did.
Not only would a return, repair or replace be with zero cost (incl UK-EU postage) for me; they were also thinking with the customer as I wanted to keep and try the device for a few moments to play with (and not having to remove data) and offered to replace the screen myself, as it seemed an doable job. No problem there and they sent me a replacement screen and connection cable (no extra taxes paid). As the device was a little cheaper on the moment of replacing the screen and the moment that I bought it, I got a small refund which allowed me to buy the tools needed to change the screen.
Very happy with their product range, service and friendliness in contact. Thanks again!

I ordered a little Miyoo Mini +.
They offer excellent prices with very fast shipping speeds. My product arrived in full working order and with an excellent presentation. Considering how the Mini's usually arrive from China, they made a very nice presentation of everything and I found the "unboxing" of the miyoo mini+ was a great experience.
I did have some trouble with FedEx being able to deliver to my address, but the Droix Team handled everything with patience, politeness and commitment.
I highly recommend Droix. They offer a first class service.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering the AYN Odin 2 from Droix Global on January 1st, with the promise of a quick delivery by January 9th. Being in the US, this timeframe seemed quite reasonable to me. However, as January 8th rolled around, I noticed that my order hadn't been shipped yet. Understandably, I was quite irate and immediately contacted their customer service team.
To my surprise, the team at Droix Global handled my issue with utmost professionalism and efficiency. They informed me that the specific color model I had ordered was on back order. However, they offered a brilliant solution - I could switch to a different color, and in return, they would expedite the shipping on the very same day. I chose the black model, and true to their word, it was dispatched immediately.
Expecting a delivery time of at least a week, I was astounded when the product arrived at my doorstep in just under 3 days! This experience truly exceeded my expectations. I am immensely grateful for the proactive and accommodating approach of their customer service department.
As a result of this positive experience, I am now a loyal customer of Droix Global. I am already planning my next purchase with them.
