Pre-ordered a 2025 GPD Win Max 2. It shipped in line with the restock estimate and only took three days for delivery to the USA from the UK, with all customs and tax handled in the background through FedEx International Connect Plus. Excellent customer service, helpful Discord group, and most importantly very happy with the laptop itself.

I ordered a AYANEO Pocket Micro from Droix. The unit I wanted was on backorder and so I reached out to them. They gave me a reasonable timeline and also offered that they had another color in stock if I wanted sooner. So I said I would take the other color instead. They shipped it same day, and I also received it a week earlier than DHL estimated. Droix was great, prices are competitive and they are quick to respond. Would definitely order from them again.

I placed an order on February 21st, expecting it to arrive by February 27th. However, it never came to me. FedEx informed me that the item was undeliverable and damaged then later they claimed the item wasn’t damaged it’s missing from the packaging. I reached out to their customer service, who initially claimed the item was missing from the parcel. I contacted Droix about the issue, and they were very responsive.
Despite their prompt response, I won’t receive a refund until FedEx decides to return the item. It’s now March 10th, and I’m still waiting. I want to warn anyone ordering overseas in the USA that this is a real issue. I’ve been in contact with their social media manager on Discord, who is very responsive, but I’m being told that I won’t get a refund until FedEx sends back the item, even though they initially claimed it was damaged.
It seems like I’m being punished not receiving my refund immediately and having to wait this long. The item was over $900 US, so this situation is quite frustrating. Once I receive my refund, I’ll update.
Update 3-12-25| FedEx has discovered my missing item from the package, but unfortunately, they’re unable to locate it in their warehouse. As a result, Droix won’t issue a refund until FedEx finds the item I paid for that they claim was misplaced during Transit. In this situation, Droix holds my money, while FedEx possesses the item I purchased. Consequently, I’m left with an apology as my only recourse.

Very responsive customer service. The screen spontaneously ghost touches on my handheld, and I finally decided to send it in for warranty work.
The support was responsive in facilitating the process. Even after the OEM performed an unsatisfactory repair, DroiX immediately agreed to have the handheld looked at again after the issue was discovered. I never once felt DroiX is kicking the can down the road, and the support staff stuck with me until we have it all sorted.
My suggestion would be in the future for DroiX to work with all the OEMs they sell, and try to have a small amount of spare parts on-hand if some agreement can be made with the OEM, such as spare LCD panel, fan, joystick, and other common components. I think that will allow customer to perform quicker self-repair (if they wish), while also save some shipping costs.

I purchased the Rocket G2 Android Box. It was shipped out "super fast", all the way from London to the West Coast in Canada. Received it within a week. I had a query after purchase, and my question was answered within hours.
As for the G2, it was easy to setup, works flawlessly, and is up to date with Android 12 and the latest Firmware. It also operates smoothly using Wifi 6.
In all, I am very satisfied, and will definitely purchase from Droid again.
