Good place to buy handheld

I ordered the backordered GPD Win 4 (2025), and it shipped in two days. As an American buyer, the inclusion of tax and import tax in the shown price is simultaneously great and weird, but I like it. One thing I want to improve is the website's order tracking system.

Product is amazing

Product is amazing. I was able to upgrade the shipping after I had purchased the product. My local post office took 4 days too sort through the packages though before I was able to receive mine.

Delivery process subpar

Delivery came just packed in a plastic bad without any protection of the product box. Product box was undamaged.

FedEx Express delivery was paid extra for express delivery and claimed to be 2-4 work days, took from Dec 27 (day of order) till Jan 10th.

Paid for FedEx shipping and they shipped it DHL.

The only problem I had was I paid for FedEx shipping and they shipped the computer via DHL Global which then went to DHL Express in the USA and then they transferred it to the USPS. If they would have shipped it via FedEx what I paid for, I would have received it about four to five days earlier.

Fast Shipping, but Droix needs to work on their QC

The Odin 2 Max arrived quickly, actually earlier than expected which was fantastic.

The device itself appears to be in great condition on the outside, however the box was damaged and opened. I can only assume this device may be a refurb. Also, when I started it up the fan whine was loud and piercing even at the lowest setting.

I had to open the Odin 2 and adjust the fan in order to get it to stop.

So far the device works great but due to the packaging damage and the fan issue I'll have to deduct a star.

Purchased OneXGPU w/ Bonus Item

My purchase arrived as described with the bonus item that was included. I haven't completed any preliminary testing but will try to include any pro/cons as they come up. My only reason for giving 4 stars was in regards to shipping. For context, the package was received by their third party sorting facility roughly two hours away from where I live however it took five business days to arrive. And according to my tracking information it had been handed off four times. Which made me very nervous. That and I had not received a single communication from DroiX or the parcel company. As a result I reached out to both DroiX and the company for an update. Thankfully both replied to me within 24 hours with an update assuring with proper details. However it's still irritating that it had to come to go that far. Overall however I am pleased with the product and would consider doing business with again.

Great service internationally with DroiX

I was interested in getting a portable powerful computer that could replace my iPad Pro and for which could run Linux and wasn't sure about which option to choose. I contacted DroiX and a customer representative replied promptly and helpfully to my questions, and I went with the GPD Win Max 2 which I've been happy with so far. Even though Droix shipment was internationally, it was promptly shipped out, and I received it across the globe within 1 week. I also appreciated that the customer service followed up with me by email after I received the product.

Perfect Refurbished!

Product came well packaged, in very good condition, and very quickly. I think I got a bit lucky on refurbished grade B, only scratch was on bottom near a screw hole and a bit of paint chipping on where 2 pieces of shell meet. Completely invisible when holding it for usage and very minor.
