I ordered a very expensive drone with this company. Mike was very helpful with helping which to choose and was very patient with me. The only thing I am having a problem with right now is obtaining my drone and reaching someone at the store. Now as troubling is this may sound, believe me I am a little frustrated that I spend so much money with this company and can't reach anyone at the store. Nor did i get a email saying it was shipped which was suppose to be three days after purchase.

Update.... Got my drone and was so excited. I spoke with Mike to clear things up. There was a communication gap with the shipping. I didn't know they are not open on weekends. Stu to this date Mike has been assisting me with getting up in the air. Great guy.

I got the variable ND filter pack for the Phantom 4 Pro to get better video and photo under those bright sunlight conditions. I was amazed from the start. This filter is fantastic. It is easy to use. I just dial it in after turning the Phantom on and using the app. I love it and it is so much better than having to buy a bunch of different filters to try and accomplish the same thing. I would definitely buy this again and do business with Drone World.

The Transcend 32GB micro SD card with SD adapter and card reader works flawlessly and provides enough capacity to use in my Inspire 2 and Mavic Pro. It's a great media solution and very portable.

My order for a Spark fly more combo shipped quickly and the price was as good as any other I had found. When I received it, I noticed the swag kit was not included. I contacted Drone World online and was told they ran out of the swag but did not want to hold my order. I requested the swag be shipped to a different address and they shipped all the items promised plus a bonus gift in about 10 days. Excellent service !

The DJI Mavic is amazing!! My husband first bought this drone last summer against my will, and quickly proved to me that this was worth the money! It is easy to handle and takes AMAZING video footage and pictures that we will cherish for years to come. We have taken it on a handful of camping trips, and unfortunately lost our first one in Valdez, Alaska across a rapid river on a mountain top thanks to a sneaky tree. Though I was initially against the purchase, the loss hurt both of us as this truly is a wonderful little machine. I am surprising him with another for Christmas! It is pricey but well worth the money, in my opinion. The only downfall to me, and this goes for all drones, is the charge vs flight time. You charge for long periods to fly for such a short time. But I wouldn’t let that be a deal breaker!

With all of that said, Drone World has been awesome to work with. Shipping on this item was FREE TO ALASKA!! That’s huge! And I received it very quickly. So impressed! Thank you!

From my experience, Drone World service and products has been excellent. I have bought my Phantom 4 from them and have no issues with it. I also bought several accessories and they arrived on time and no issues. I bought their drone controller shade that fit perfectly on my Ipad Air 2. Will definitely buy items from them in the future.
