I ask several questions about the drone and Remote controller and they answered the questions and if they did not know the correct answer they told me to check with the manufacture which I liked instead of them questing at the answer.

Fit was perfect. Like the look and am glad I got these. I prefer the Carbon Blades over stock. Have purchased them for all my drones.

Had the upgrade done to my phantom 4 transmitter. I took it out today for a longer range test. Ran it out to 2059 meters and not a glitch. It would have kept on going for probably 3 miles. No issues as of yet and I am
completely satisfied with drone world.

I really think Drone world has a pretty good company... As you may have already noticed most customer service in this county blows... I have only been doing business with Drone-World for a shot period of time; But I can count three times I needed extra help, whether it was a problem I couldn't figure out, or that my repair need to be sped up so that I could have my drone back by the holiday... On three different occasions I had over the top customer services; Extremely satisfied with how they handled themselves in the most professional way and as you all know that is rare, very rare for that grade of service anywhere....

What can I say Drone World has done it again. This is the third upgrade kit I've purchased from them and they never disappoint. Everything you need to have fun in one complete package.

DroneWorld was great in the overall. I was disappointed that it took 3 months to get a product out of Asia. That being said, they were on top of always responding to my requests for updates about availability and shipping etc. I'm glad I waited it out and didn't cancel my order. Many thanks for great service and responses to my concerns about the ultimate getting of what I had ordered.

About a month ago i bought a bunch of products including landing gear extensions for my mavic pro platinum. Instead i got propeller guards which im never going to use. Decided to try them again and its been almost 3 weeks since i put in my order and i havent gotten a product. Or even an email from them saying it may be delayed. Or it may be on its way. Nothing

Drone world is by far the best drone retailer online!..don’t get a drone from a big name chain retailer as you will never get the customer support and service as you would with drone world.they also offer by far the best financing options for buying and financing a drone with super low monthly payments. Drone world has always answered my questions and are super nice to talk to over the phone...if you are not shopping with drone world then you are truly missing out on the best deals, packages, and friendly customer support anywhere on the drone market!!

I rated a 4 only because of the order place to shipped length of time. I called after 3 weeks to find out the order was lost in the system. Also, when I ordered my drone, on a Monday morning it went into a shipped status but hadn't shipped through the carrier. I missed out on an outdoor wedding shoot which would have paid for half of the drone package. Your brand seems to be of high quality, but getting it out the door to the customer definately could use improvement.

Ordered a Thor fast charger and two spark intelligent flight batteries. Customer service was fantastic to deal with in getting answers fast and questions resolved!

I bought a Inspire 2 from Droneworld 6 months ago. Since then bought other equipment as well from Droneworld. None of the deliveries were correct. All of the items delivered was wrong, some not even a Inspire 2 product. Tried to suggest we have received extra propellers that were included in the box, but the box where the propellers were supposed to be placed in was smaller than the propellers We had to send photographs to prove that we did not receive the propellers..Refused to supply us with a written apology.
This is the worst company that I have dealt with in 55 years!!!!! Be carefu l, check your deliveries carefully and take photographs on receipt thereof.

I bought the Mavic Pro and can't tell you how happy I am with the purchase. Customer Service was excellent and the drone was really easy to fly. Pretty fast(40 MPH) So compact and easy to carry. This is my 2nd drone from Drone World and when it comes time to buy the 3rd I will buy it from them.
