Ordered a case that I’ve been promised that they would ship it 1-2 weeks. Going on for the 4th week now and still doesn’t have my case all they do is tell you it’s coming every fvcking week.

carbon fiber props. are the best on the market it does exactly the way it is advertised, I bought the prop set for my DJI Mavic Pro.

Bought a smart battery for my manic pro. For some odd reason it did not charge. Called and they sent me a new battery ASAP for exchange of the bad one.

Waiting on props for a p4p. Ordered three weeks ago. Sales Rep said they were going to be shipped a week ago but it still shows processing in my account. They don't respond to emails or telephone messages. Last time I buy something from them

My kids bought me a DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 bundle for Father's Day. The Drone World bundle included a hard case, which is excellent for protecting my new drone and has lots of space for all the accessories. The bundle price was excellent. Highly recommend Drone World to other drone pilots.

Yesterday I sent my Mavic Pro to Ashley at Droneworld in Cape Town. This afternoon he contacted me to say the drone had been repaired and it is ready to be shipped back to George. Wow that is a fantastic response and amazing turn around. Ten out of ten Ashley. Thank you for your help

i own 3 drones i decided to buy one (a 4th one the pro 4v2) from drone world with the remote upgrade and a wraparound they are full of lies and bad costumer services first of the wrap came off it looked like a child did it when emailed them they said use a hot gun to put it back Really??! is that why i paid full list price + $100 , now about their 300 dollar range extender its BS dose not work . i got way more range on my mavic with regular remote i am really unhappy and will not buy from them again!!!!
