I just made my second purchase from Drone World. I personally feel that they are the experts in drone technology. I purchased a very expensive drone, and after waiting the required three days for shipment I inquired about the status of my shipment. The antennas for the RC are not available for another week so shipment is delayed. I feel that this should have been in stock and the shipments go out on time. Stop advertising items that you are not prepared to ship, or just let us know up front any expected delays. Things happen! Good Communication could smooth things out. You have a plan for your business, I had a plan for your product.

No response. On recent orders via.email. or customer support,says they will contact shortly its been days still no answers.

Got my Mavic Air from them to replace the Spark. Super fast shipping and got the combo deal with the back pack for $1. Did not expect much due to the $1 price but was surprised that it was a very nice back pack.

They answer your questions. Need an answer via phone call? Just ask, they call you. You prefer email? They do that too. I gave this company no mercy asking questions about the DJI P4P+. They answered my questions and put my mind at ease. Their support has assured me that I'm getting the most from my P4P+ Drone.
They even called me back to see how I was doing with my new purchase.
With that I bought a second P4P. That's what I think of this company.

I wish all of the "companies" I deal with operated in the manner Drone World goes about doing their business. They offer some of the best products at the best prices while setting standards in customer care both before and after the sale. Fly safe and be confident with Drone World as your wingman. Those drones I bought are just plane AWSOME.

I purchased a DJI Spark fly more combo. Easily one of the best purchases I have ever made. It is so easy and fun to fly!! Drone World made the purchase simple, they answered any and all questions and concerns I have had. Drone World also has any accessories you might want to add to the fly more combo to make the flying experience even better.

I think that the MAXX Mod Long Range Mavic Pro Platinum is a pretty extensive package. The drone is excellent and the controller with the long range antenna is pretty nice. There are a few things in the kit either not needed or just not that great but overall I highly recommend it.

Purchased a Mavic Air recently. Product arrived on time but was missing an item that was included. Called customer service and problem solved but still waiting for item. Customer service could be a bit better and response time could be quicker when contacting via email. Sometimes I get a response sometimes not. Over all I would purchase again from drone world.
