Dronedesk is an enormous time saving platform when planning any UAS project. Everything you need is there and is easily auditable. It's a 'no brainer'. Try it, you'll see.

The software is good and covers a lot of what I need to do in terms of management of safety and client information. I think the price is fair and has removed a lot of manual planning before flights. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I don't think it was clear enough when I subscribed which features came with the subscription and which required the pro levels. I was frustrated to find that checklists, custom header etc were locked unless I paid a lot more for the pro version. I've simply gone back to my free checklist software instead so think the benefits of the higher level subscriptions, for me anyway are worth the extra cost.

Comprehensive application for managing the administration side of commercial drone projects.
Covers all you will ever need, takes a bit to learn but the support offered by the creator is second to none.
Realistically if you are a commercial drone pilot this is more than worth the cost and will make your life a lot easier

The roadmap and the option to propose additions and amendments is a really nice feature.

Great labour saving system. Once you get used to the layout and approach it systematically you race through assignments, checks and upload your flight logs, which as we all know is the less glamorous part of the job.

I would strongly recommend using the system and following the guidelines to get the best from the system.

The most difficult part of running a drone business for me was the planning and finding information in a timely fashion. I tried drone desk and overnight it became so easy and provided more information than originally I could. Also it made it extremely easy logging jobs, maintenance and flights whilst also keeping track of other pilots and there competencies. I will defiantly be continuing my subscription.

I’m new to the UAS world and was daunted by the complexity of the paperwork involved in commercial pilot work. Dronedesk takes the headache out of all the planning and compliance before during and after every flight. I can see this being my go to platform as I build up my business. Highly recommend.

This is honestly the best I found since starting out with my drone!
There is so much data pulled in from weather to flight zones, it allows all the planning to be recorded smoothly and even provides a template for Risk Assessments, Method Statement, Operational Notes and that isn’t even scratching the surface.

I can now input leads and Dronedesk will take it all the way through from quoting to invoicing and any data you need is neatly provided for financial reports, incident reporting, etc.
if you’re starting a drone-related business this will not only be everything you need to start but will likely be enough full stop.

Lastly, the few questions I’ve had where I came stuck, Dorian has quickly responded and sorted me out.

If you're in the drone industry, and you have a dread of paperwork and admin like me, then you have just got to sign up for DroneDesk. I'm currently training to take my GVC Operational Evaluation and I have to have all the I's dotted and all the T's crossed, so I was very worried about getting it right. Then I discovered DroneDesk, and I can honestly say, it is, without doubt, the best admin package I've ever come across. Everything has been thought of, and it is a credit to its creator. If you are currently in the drone industry, or just starting out, I highly recommend this superb bit of kit. It's a must. Well done
