DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY. This Despicable company have stolen an 8 year olds birthday money. Received a drone after waiting weeks for it to arrive!!! Only to find that it was very poor quality and didn’t work properly so asked politely for a full refund. Was asked to send the faulty drone back, which I did to the value of £8.95. Received an email stating my refund would be actioned within 96 hours………and that was over 6 weeks ago!!. Since then no reply to any emails, and no refund either. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Now have to explain to my son why he still has no drone or money. If I could give 0 stars, it would be too much. No phone number to discuss issues, just a very poor translation response to some emails……unless they owe you money, then you will be blanked!!! I have lots of screenshots of correspondence to prove how this company deal with their customers. Please don’t be fooled by their website….. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED IF YOU ORDER

Never buy anything from them! I regret I didn’t read company’s reviews before buying. No drone, no refund. Scammers! They are not based in UK, no phone number to call, no proper tracking for delivery. Just scammers!!!

Horrendous service! Ordered and paid for a drone the last week in March (paid £150). Was under the impression this company was based in the UK, until the parcel tracking indicated the drone had originated in China. The parcel tracking then stopped updating (24th April). Waited, and waited, AND waited! Finally in June I gave up and emailed asking to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I was told to "be patient". I was assured that a refund would be processed if I just waited a little longer. We agreed 11weeks after order (17th June) would be a "fair amount of time to wait for delivery" and if it hadn't been delivered by then, then a refund would be processed.
Emailed again on the 17th wanting to cancel my order and a refund be processed. Was told to be patient!
Now I'm being ignored and no refund is happening!

SHOCKING CHINESE IMPORTS AGAIN

Do not buy from this company, I was given the impression it was in the uk, from Google and the website as I had searched Drones UK - it had great reviews and offers, so I decided to buy from them
During the delivery tracking I discovered it’s not in Uk it’s in China, consequently we received the drone quite late, but happy it arrived, calibrated as per the starting up information but it wouldn’t fly or do anything much - sooo disappointed, we checked on YouTube for information, there wasn’t much that helped, the control buttons didn’t work properly as the info provided stated, and the drone just wouldn’t turn off at one point too
I emailed dronetech - when they actually responded they advised to send a short video of the problem and they would advise what to do - since then I haven’t heard from them, leading me to believe after reading the previous reviews these drones are defective and ‘DroneTech’ just do not respond in any professional manner,
I paid £230 for a drone and extra battery, which might not sound like much, but it was for me, for my husbands 60th, that won’t even fly just flips over - massively disappointed is an understatement,
I’m still trying to contact them - before buying I did look for reviews with my daughter and they all appeared to be good - how is that?!? sadly they are not avoid avoid avoid

Never buy from this scamming so called company calling themselves dronetec UK but they are in China.order in march 2022 now June 2022 still no delivery
Claiming my payment through credit card company.
This makes me feel sick with annoyance.

Dangerous malfunctioning product - the drone flew away on first use with no emergency land or return functions working, completely unresponsive. Unbelievably customer service told me to “follow the manual to the letter” so I sent them photos of how many errors and inconsistencies there are in the manual (they haven’t even bothered to translate the manual fully and the diagrams don’t match the controller I received). Their offer of 20% off if I buy the product again would be laughable if it wasn’t so completely offensive. They ignored me after the first reply so basically I got robbed and have nothing left to show for it. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Scam.

They take your money from Dronetech "UK". The minute your credit card statement shows the money went to Albuquerque, you realised you've been scammed.

Goods then obviously don't arrive, and you can't get a response from them for anything.

And there's nothing you can do about it.....

Do not buy!!!!! Recieved drone after 3 weeks, instead of 3 days. Camera is extremely poor quality. Auto land didn't work, we could not abort, resulting in the drone landing in the lake, (luckily near the edge) I contacted drone tech who said they would let me keep the drone and as a gesture of good will they would give me 30% of my next order. REALLY, WOW LUCKY ME. What an absolute joke. I have now returned the drone, after countless emails backwards and forwards and still 2 weeks later and no response and no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE.

This is 100% a scam. The good reviews are definitely fake. They have taken my money and provided nothing.

I bought a drone as a present. I received it after long time and honestly is a cheap rubbish drone.The camera is not the one advertised.The drone doesn't connect to the phone,is not at all like in description. I've tryed to contact them but no answer.Very bad customer service. Do not buy

Honestly don’t buy from this company straight up SCAM. Currently going through Visa directly to get my money back. Waited 2 months for this drone and didn’t receive it, took my money and left me for dust. Do not approach this company. Their website looks great and legit but it’s a front. Do NOT buy from them. Customer service is terrible and they try stating they are a European company and it’s all China based. STAY AWAY

Minus zero. A duplicitous organisation who are neither based in the UK nor deliver from the UK. Paid £199.99 on the 8th of March 2022, because they quote 3-8 days for delivery. I required drone for a specific date. Tracking is absurd, the drone has been stuck in china, apparently, since the 13th of May 2022, without moving. I could have flown the drone to my address quicker. Contacted the company, if it is a company, by email, and have recieved numerous nonsensical replies. I contacted my banks fraud department and trading standards who are both looking into the matter. Please, do not give your money to these charlatans, you might as well flush it down the toilet, seriously! This review was first published on the 17th of May 2022. At the time of writing this addendum it is now the 15th of June 2022. Dronetech are neither legitimate or trustworthy. I challenge them to prove me wrong. They cannot. They will take your money and send a box full of trouble. They do not enjoy refunding and will be totally dishonest should you attempt to retrieve your payment through your bank even when you have proof that you cancelled the order and refused delivery when it turned up 3 weeks late. Fortunately, I had all the tracking information yet they continously denied that I had refused delivery of the very suspicious box and that it had been returned to them. Please reconsider if you are planning to purchase anything from these parentless jokers. They will cheat and lie to keep your money and give you nothing in return. Avoid, like a very bad smell.

They quote 72 hours delivery - it has been 10 days and no sign of any delivery. But then they use TDExpress who to my knowledge have never delivered anything on time - express or otherwise,
Tracking is a joke - it says things like parcel has been weighed and a label stuck on - nothing about delivery

Note: always be suspicious of a company that is afraid to publish a phone number on their website so cannot be contacted.

Ordered and paid for in March and still no Drone, Customer service team either don't respond or lie about custom delays. Do not purchase from this supplier , you will lose your money

I paid £150 for a drone to have it delivered with within the timeframe advertised on their website on time for my holiday. Little did I know that I will end up going on holiday with no drone as it will ne shipped from China!!!! Even after 3 weeks of holiday and returning back home, there was still no drone. I contacted them to get my refund and they keep saying to be patient and are blankly ignored my repeated requests for refund as the drone was for a holiday and is mo longer required. If this continues as it’s been 1.5 months now since my order, I will need to take further action as doesn’t seem this company is following any online e-commerce regulations so please protect yourself and buy from a trusted company instead.

Not UK or even EU based - its cheap Chinese crap.
I paid £179 for a drone. It took weeks to arrive. It was clearly worth only £10, and it was faulty.
I returned it. They confirmed receipt and said a refund would be sent. 2 weeks later no refund. No response to e.mail, or web-messages.
DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!

Update (11th June 2022).
Having complained bitterly to this company I decided to let the scum know that I was about to arrange for their returns address (W4 Westpoint, Middlemore Ln W, Walsall, West Midlands, WS9 3DT) to be severely and repetitively vandalised to a cumulative repair value that far exceeded the £170 they scammed me out of. My money was returned.
