Buyer beware farcical Offshore faceless company - After cancelling my order 8 hrs. (after being placed back in July ) due to long lead time quoted. DroneTech UK ignored all mails to cancel and delivered the Drone eventually. I have now been involved in lengthy chasing email marathon, after returning the Drone tracked to a Walsall (UK) Warehouse the eventually provided. I have proof of delivery. The after numerous emails confirmation they would refund me, after ,many, many emails . I received a email from a fictious "Sarah" stating over 10 days ago, it would be with me in 96 hrs. No Chance! Not a penny received. I have now reported this to the to bank for a charge back. I hope this hits their business rating with the banks that are all linked to financial systems as we know and they eventually get blacklisted

Please go to DJI or a reputable Drone company do not under any circumstances deal with these Jokers!!!!

Customer service is non existent. Person manning live chat is brain dead and about as useful as a parachute in a submarine.
Twice used contact form to report issues and three weeks later still no reply.
Direct email detailing all issues resulted in a reply in French asking what the problem was!!!!!
No E book with drone as advertised, instructions for drone are woefully inadequate to the point they do not even tell you how to start the drone after it is powered up and connected to the app, i had to search the internet to work out how to do this.
Website claims 25 minutes battery life, reality is 11-12 minutes which is under HALF claimed.
This company is a complete joke, they do not give a crap after taking your money and customer service simply don't respond.

Absolute rubbish, used it three times now the rotors are sticking, no customer service they just ignore all contact avoid at all cost

Total waste of time and money.poor quality, unable to control and customer service zero.
REALLY suggest not buying from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY. This Despicable company have stolen an 8 year olds birthday money. Received a drone after waiting weeks for it to arrive!!! Only to find that it was very poor quality and didn’t work properly so asked politely for a full refund. Was asked to send the faulty drone back, which I did to the value of £8.95. Received an email stating my refund would be actioned within 96 hours………and that was over 6 weeks ago!!. Since then no reply to any emails, and no refund either. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Now have to explain to my son why he still has no drone or money. If I could give 0 stars, it would be too much. No phone number to discuss issues, just a very poor translation response to some emails……unless they owe you money, then you will be blanked!!! I have lots of screenshots of correspondence to prove how this company deal with their customers. Please don’t be fooled by their website….. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED IF YOU ORDER

Again I would rate as a zero if possible . Like a previous review I placed an order and it took 3 weeks to arrive . We ensured we followed all the instructions in the set up manual before trying to fly the drone . This is an awful product. . I was informed they have never received any feedback saying a drone had been defective ! I was asked to send a video of us trying to fly the drone , this was over a month ago . I contacted them last week to ask of any developments and was asked to basically start the process of contacting their technical department again . So bad it's laughable. It was my sons birthday money so I guess we've learnt a tough lesson but all I can say is avoid them .

Ordered a drone stated 3 days delivery it took 11 days opened it very flimsy and cheap looking decided to send it back I was promised a refund within 96hrs for £169.99 it’s been a week now so looks like no refund

Looks like the company has changed its name slightly on here. It used to be Dronetech uk. Just wanted to copy my previous post across from my purchase in March 2022.

Ordered about 4 weeks prior to my sons birthday, we’ll within the the delivery times shown on the website. Was sent tracking info after 72hrs, then nothing. I chased and chased and just got canned responses back. After 4 weeks I raised a charge back with my bank and got my money back. The Drone never arrived, even tho the tracking said it had arrived in the UK. As far as I can tell this is a scam. Please a valid

Terrible product . Have been trying to return it for 10 days. No address is given. Replies are given by a translator app! Not a uk based company.

This company is an absolute fraud and should be avoided at all costs they will take your money and not delivery Avoid! You've been warned.
