Unfortunately my request hasn’t be resolved due to some administrative complications. Even though full amount for visit was charged, there could be an option added for the practitioners to give a quick feedback prior to the appointment and partial refund availability.

All in all, a straight forward process with a great result!
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. When I developed a painful sore throat on a Sunday morning and knew my own doctor was unavailable, I searched online and found Dr Online. The process was simple and straightforward: I paid the €49 fee and received a call from the very friendly and empathetic Dr. Ganyi within 15 minutes. My prescription was sent to my local pharmacy, where I collected it 15 minutes later, and I also received a sick cert. Great service—I will definitely use Dr Online again.
