I have worked with Roy and his clients to provide funding for a number of DropJaw clients via the Northern Powerhouse Investment fund. From a lenders point of view Roy and his team are able to position the deal and address questions positively to get the best result for their clients. Roy is great guy to work with and genuinely has his clients interests at heart.

Having met Roy just over two years ago I can honestly say it was one of the most worthwhile coffee meetings I have had. Roy understands the #finance market better than most and can identify the appropriate finance needed for a growing business whether that be debt or equity at whatever stage in the growth journey the business is in. Roy's practical,sage and real world advice is something I only wish I could afford to extend .He cut through the reams of theory and high brow workshops and lectures; ;gave me a good sense of encouragement for what we're trying to achieve at Human Results and has been a great sounding board .Hope one day soon that we will be in a position to engage with Roy on a privately funded basis as I can see that he is just the kind of support growing business needs if it is ambitious enough !

Without the assistance of Roy and the team at DropJaw Ventures, my business and I would still be kicking round in a pool of mediocrity. I openly admit that I came into business without a clue about how to run or grow one (corporate life and enthusiasm don't really prepare you for it). Realising I could not do this on my own, I enrolled on a business school program for help and gained Roy as my growth mentor.
