Having discovered this company with an internet search I ordered a new driver belt for my NAD turntable. The website is super easy to use, very clearly set-out. The only thing I was a bit unsure about was the fact that I didn't receive an email acknowledgement of my order and nothing in my spam either. I emailed to check a few days later and received a prompt response stating my item was in the post. New belt received today and vinyl back up and running! I know where to go when I next need a new stylus. Great customer service, thank you.

Ordered a replacement CD player drawer pulley, as my aging Philips player drawer wouldn't open and I could see the teeth on the pulley had crumbled, once I'd got the cover off.

Replacement arrived on time and, unexpectedly, with a replacement belt at no extra cost. First class service.

I ordered a pair of XLR cables. Arrived very promptly. My feet are firmly in the highly cynical camp when it comes to interconnects. The unbelievable prices some brands charge for their cables is a triumph of marketing based on the gullibility of buyers and not physics. The Thats Audio cables are handmade and of great quality. Total bargain at £65. You will not be disappointed. Unreservedly recommended.

Needed a new tray drive gear for my decades old Quad 67 and found it here. Despatched promptly and looks good quality. Came with a new drive belt, which at first I thought was tiny in diameter compared to the original, but it works perfectly. All good!

Great service. Quick delivery, I ordered a replacement needle for our jukebox, an ami continental, I had been using a stanton 500 and a 500A but they weren't brilliant. I recieved a stanton D5100E needle for it and the sound is great, so happy with it. Even though it was more expensive it is worth it. Thankyou.
