How to activate filters
When I paid for access to the service I faced the same problem which is described in other reviews. I could not activate filters without installing an extension.
When I installed the extension, nothing changed. Then I removed the extension and used the feedback form on the site. I just explained my problem and received a reply by e-mail the same day. The problem was completely resolved.
Now I don't need extensions to use filters. So don't panic, just write to tech support. They will promptly help you.

Horrendous Experience
Below-par working program with an absolutely horrendous customer support. I guess that's to be expected of them since they don't even have a dedicated email domain, which to me comes off as fishy and unprofessional. I asked for a refund due to 2 months inactivity and "Albert" the Customer "Support" blurted out nonsense and disrespectful remarks about how and why I purchased the service and did not use it. Difficult and stressful experience overall. I will NEVER recommend this to anyone.

Don't subscribe to this site, First thing that will happen to you after you subscribe a popup box will ask you to install their chrome extension to continue using their site, this extesnion will grab ads from your facebook feed everytime you visit your facebook account, you pay them and they ask you to use their extesnion to seen ads from your feed, this ads they will add them to their site web and this is how their site work, Who knows what else this extension do, And if you want cancel your subscribtion, you not going get your money back and you lose access to the site
