Hi just wanted to help you guy’s out and recommend a company that I bought my M8 pen from as I was in the same situation as people trying to find a genuine dr pen supplier I can honestly say dr.pen.me.uk are amazing my pen arrived in 1 week and it’s 100% genuine the customer service answered all my concerns I didn’t have to write this but just trying to give a bit of honest advice as I have been scammed in the past hope this helps people :) the prices are great cheaper that other places iv seen online

They sent me failty pen and refusing to give money back.

I was told the shipment will come from US. After 2 days I get an email the stock in US is finished hence we are sending from Hongkong. Then itself I knew it is a fake. The address on the website is fake too. I recieved the pen after 10 days instead of 2. The very next day after I recieved their email about Hongkong I asked for refund
The shipment was still in Hongkong if they were genuine they could have just refunded my money back as the parcel didn't leave HKG that day nor did it leave for several days. They claim to return our money back but when I asked for refund they refused. Infact they answered my email after 4 to 5 days refusing refund. Also why did they ship it when I said to cancel. Theu lied by saying the pens are in US. And they have done the same to many. How come every time they are out of stock in US. Isn't that a good reason to believe they are fake. I called the number a million times but it always went on answering machine. When I recieved it the box was very old and very cheap quality. And the bar code has an address of drpenreal.com
How is this not fake. The web page says drpen.com and this scanner code has real added to it. So please do not order from here save your money.
Does even any one know which is Dr Pen's genuine authentic web page. Where can we buy genuine one from? Please advise.

This review is for the drpen.com website, not the true Dr. Pen microneedling product.

This website is not accurate and is deceiving people.

1. They say they are the “original” Dr. Pen when you do a web search, which they are not. I actually contacted the manufacturer, who told me drpen.com is NOT an authorized seller. They basically snatched up the domain name before the company could.
2. Drpen.com claims to be based in CA and the item ships from one of their US wear-houses. When I’m fact, they are based in China. And your item ships from China.
3. The website says 100 day free return policy to their US wear houses. What they don’t tell you is, there is no US wear house. If you have a return, you need to pay return shipping back to the wear house in China.
4. Without my knowledge, I was charged an additional fee on my PayPal account for an international transaction, $5.88!
5. The device did arrive, but I’m not sure if it’s authentic. I decided to give it a try on the lowest setting and it cut my face. The needles and base did not work right.

So please do your research. I was fooled. I want to help others not fall for this. We all work hard for our money and deserve honesty from the companies we are purchasing from. To find an authorized dealer you can find the manufacturer online. The manufacturer is gzekai I found them with a Google search and contacted them.

Scam of a price - do not buy
I recently purchased this LED Light therapy mask and received it, when I opened up the package I could tell it was VERY cheaply made. The brand that was on the box was called “O melon” and when I googled online, a lot of other websites were selling it at least half of the price (just Google OMelon Led Light and you’ll see what I mean). Please do not buy from this website if you want to get this product. Not sure about the quality of the product itself as I’ve never tried it. But I would never pay for something that is 2x the price when I can get it elsewhere.

I’ve purchased from Dr Pen multiple times and everything has gone smooth, simple, and I love the products I purchase. I highly recommend!

SCAM!!! They say they are shipping locally from warehouse but they arent, its shipped from HK. Then they promise 100% money back, again scammed. You have to pay enormous fees to ship back.

Deal with reputable local dealer. Much better.

I purchased an A1 6 months ago. The pen is broken they wont even reply back.
I take court actions and report them to Trading standards!!

I got mine off of eBay and it comes with a QR code imbedded in the box. You scan the code and it takes you to a site that has the days date and the time you scanned the code along with it's authenticity number. The number will match the number on the bottom of the QR code, but you have to scratch the silver off until you can see it
In other words the authenticity number isn't revealed until you, the purchaser, scratch the silver off to match it. It also will tell you if yours is authentic.
Mine seems like the real thing. The seller lives in PA.

This company makes it SO hard to purchase from. There are MANY Dr Pen websites. Dr Pen.com claim to be the official and only website, and that their site has been 'cloned' by others selling counterfeit pens. I got in touch with them to ask if the many Amazon etc listing are genuine and they said no. I asked if the Dr Penuk.com was a UK version of their site and they said no, they are the ONLY seller.
Now this is confusing because the many licensed beauticians on YouTube claim they bought their Dr Pens from Amazon, so according to Dr Pen they are all using fake and possibly dangerous devices? I was also told Dr Pen are based in USA and manufactured there, but the replies I received from a "Sophie Brown" seemed to be in odd English and I would guess as a second language. There are also reviews which state the company address is bogus and they ship from China like all the other Dr Pen sites anyway! There are literally so many Dr Pen variations on the name and all claiming to be the genuine site it makes it almost impossible to know you are getting a real and safe item.
If the genuine site ships from China the item you are getting is most likely the same one that's on Amazon for a fraction of the price!
So I've given 2 stars on the basis of non-transparency of the website (see other reviews) and difficulty in getting answers. Incidentally, Dr Penuk.com did not address my queries when I told them that Drpen.com informed me they are not a genuine retailer of Dr Pen items! (see below for EDIT on this)
I might take a punt on an Amazon device, at least they will give you your money back if it goes wrong!

EDITED 12/4/21 - Drpenuk.com answered my email. They actually seem legit and addressed a lot of my concerns. There is apparently a legal wrangle going on in terms of trademarks and copyright etc just now, hence the confusion. They also clarified that Drpen.com ship from China. They themselves (Drpenuk.com) ship from Bristol and provide 12 months warranty and customer support. They sell genuine items. So it looks as though the UK site is legit.

Many friends around me are using Drpen from drpen.com I love dr pen so much! It really works!I feel very good after I use it.It save my face, I am very grateful to him, I don't mind where is it came from as long as he is effective. I got few friend scammed by drpenusa.com and drpenbrand.com cause their website look exactly the same!!

I love dr pen! It really works! Most of uniited states item or products came from China or other country anyways. It said buy it in united states, but you have to find out where it actually manufactured. Two different story. I don't think it matters where it came from, it only matters if it works good.

I just received the product from China not from California and the box said dr.penreal.com. I emailed them that Aliexpress selling the same product for $70-$90 Canadian dollars only. I want to cancel my order but they
not allowed me. They charged me $234. Scammed

What a scam , as all other users have said , they ship out the fake product from China and your only option of getting a refund is by returning the product back to the China address which is a huge shipping cost. I bought it through Paypal , and filled a claim , shipped it back. The seller kept on changing the delivery address to avoid receiving the product back.Finally a month after I called PayPal and they refunded me the money plus return shipping charges . The scammer tried but failed :) :) ....

I ordered the Dr pen m8 last week.. just to find out it ships from HONG KONG and not California ( where it states on the website that’s where it’s manufactured) I spent well over $330... just to find out I can find the same products from Ali express for only $80 and I know that’s where they got the same products from! Please do your research on these companies before purchasing. I’m upset I got scammed but I definitely learned my lesson. PayPal won’t issue me a refund either so that’s just lovely.

I mistakenly purchased through this website rather than via the authentic website. Caused me a lot of hassle and stress, this is one thing i did not want to risk, getting a fake skin pen. I eventually did receive the product however was clear that this was sent from China and when I complained they offered me half the money back to keep the item. I did return at quite an expense to a long address in China, they did refund my money without postage but I lost out on large shipment costs. PLEASE AVOID!! It is a shame the website looks so similar and they advertise for this website to come up along side the real one. If you are already reading these reviews I hope it is before purchase as not after as I later found!

I had the same issues as everyone else . During Covid I did not want an item sent from China .Although the website indicates “ their offices” are located in San Jose California , it’s a blatant outright lie .The stated business address 3277 S White Road 95148 , is actually Postal Annex , not their offices - itch don’t have no office ! I received a USED Dr.Pen absent the owner manual and original packaging , the model I received was NOT the model I actually ordered ! The phone number listed as a contact is actually solicitating life insurance with no option for human interaction . Emailing back and forth with Sophie Brown ( no doubt an alias ) I was instructed to send back to warehouse in China for an exorbitant amount of shipping fees . This website needs to be shut down and the owner needs to be arrested for consumer fraud . I am confident Karma will settle the score with these evil-doers whom choose to victimize others , if not already living a miserable life , hence the need to steal from others - no ability to earn a honest living , probably prostituting themselves for pocket change too. DO NOT FILE ONLINE CLAIM WITH PAYPAL , CALL THIS NUMBER AND SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE to verbally explain the FRAUD to them @ 888- 221-1161 . I was allowed to keep the used item AND also received a 100 dollar PayPal Credit -When I initially filed my claim through resolution center it was closed after I failed to provide proof of shipping label , I refused to pay over 97 dollars to return the item to China . Keeping the item to avoid large return shipping costs is how this scammer relies on making their money , even offering 30 percent discount to keep the item . No ! - I don’t want to keep your used personal hygiene item that’s been God knows where and will last for God knows how long ! Still feeling victimized I reached out to Pay Pal via telephone to voice my displeasure with their “ closed case “ , After proving the cost to return the item to China was far beyond reasonable I was happy to recoup 100 of the 140 dollars I spent .
