So happy with my results with Dr Safa! He will not operate anything that is not realistic and will not compliment your features, my nose is so straight and natural with minimum scaring. I am booked back with him for may for a different procedure and I will continue to go to him and follow him for the rest of my life. He is upfront, professional and no false promise. I am from Australia and it is really worth the travel to see this surgeon!

Early on in 2022 i decided that i was going to go to Istanbul for a rhinoplasty. I started doing my research into surgeons etc and found an amazing clinic where Dr Safa Manav works. I had done my research, looked at his work and loved the results he was giving people! Then late November 2022 i flew out to Istanbul for my surgery, i was extremely nervous as i'd never had cosmetic surgery before so didn't know what to expect. On the day of my surgery i met with Dr Safa Manav to talk about what my desired look for my nose was, he listened carefully and understood what i wanted but he was also very realistic about what he could achieve with my rhinoplasty.
Once i was out of surgery Dr Safa Manav came to see me to check i was doing ok after i woke up and to check on my nose, stitches etc.. the aftercare truly was amazing!
I'm now 1 month post op, i already love the way my nose is looking! I can't wait to see the full results in a couple months time when all the swelling has subsided.
I can't thank Dr Safa Manav enough for making me feel comfortable, listening/understanding what i wanted and most of all for restoring my confidence! I would 100% recommend Dr Safa Manav to anyone who is considering Cosmetic surgery, i will be requesting him again on my next procedure.

WELL... where do I start!?!
I'm from the UK, I went through a lot of research to find the perfect clinic to suit me. But unfortunately that did not happen. Until I came across a page called 'VANITY' via instagram in Istanbul. I messaged the page, and they were quick to respond to my messages. I told Vanity I was not happy with my breasts, and it's something I've always wanted to change. They went through everything with me. I took a photo so the doctor could have a look and we discussed what would be the best treatment would be for me. I then made the appointment and flew out to Istanbul on the 9/10/22. Vanity had organised transport from the airport/hospital/hotel. The service was fantastic! They always made sure that I was not left in the dark, and always assured me. I had my operation day on the 10/10/22 and met my doctor who's name is 'DR SAFA MANAV'. This doctor, is amazing! he told me exactly what was going to happen, and what treatment I needed. Dr Safa is a true and honest man, and is very passionate about his job. The way I could explain Dr Safa, is that he is very realistic and there is no beating around the bush with him and that is so respectful as in other health professions some don't exactly get to the point when you need them to but he does! He is straight to the point and always has best interests at heart and will always want the best for those that seek his advice. Whilst treatment Dr Safa chose what was best for me which can be scary to put your trust in people but I had complete faith in him and I couldn't be happier, he went through arrange of different implants that would suit my frame of body and he aced it.

I chose Dr. Safa Manav for breast mastopexy with implants, as well as liposuction on my upper, lower abdomen and waist.

Once again, he explained things very clearly, such as the after care and even though it was my last consultation before flying back to the UK, he assured me that I can contact him afterwards for any further questions I had.

I visited Dr Safa in Vanity clinic last week for a breast augmentation after struggling for years with severe body image issues. These insecurities caused anxiety and depression much of my life, were a large trigger for my 10 year addiction to alcohol, dressing in baggy clothes to hide the disproportion between my (none existent) boobs and my tummy, even avoiding going out of the house at times because I was so uncomfortable with my looks and figure. I would strongly recommend Dr.Safa. I had Breast lift with implants, I had saggy breast very hard to work with. But he did a great job, I love my results. He is very nice and helpful, he takes the time to explain very thing, and makes sure that you understands everything.everyone was so nice and helpful from the nurses, drivers and hotel staff. I am 21 DPO BA/BL with Dr Safa Manav and Vanity Cosmetics Surgery. The whole process from my initial contact with Enes, airport transfer, lovely hotel and staff, the nurses, the surgeon and the aftercare has been second to none.
