I love your products and was my second…
I love your products and was my second time ordering. First time I payed for standard shipping and all went well. I needed my stuff sooner this 2nd time around and paid for express. Was given an eta date which was the coming weekend. What I got was standard and received later than expected. Shipping updates were wrong and I don’t think I would have got my products if I never reached out to you and asked why it was sitting. Even got an answer once it was in transit. So if anything work on your shipping and ETAs. I deal with that stuff everyday at my job and it’s not hard. Love your stuff and products though and will continue to order.

Only Dr Squatch for Me
Dr Squatch is the ONLY bar soap I use. I prefer the medium grit bars, but have tried most all of the "briccs." Bourbon Barrel is one of my favorites. Really like the Christmas season briccs, too.

I love the soaps (a lot) so was excited…
I love the soaps (a lot) so was excited to see deodorants in same scent. But I purchased one and it was anything but a smooth application (as stated on package). Semi-dry and clay-like consistancy. Hard to apply.
Sent a note of concern and Squach was quick and great to replace the item... when it came, it was the very same. So be aware, this is how it comes ☹️
