Very natural ingredients and very good for sensitive skin 100/10.

Your products are great. I find the emailing is too aggressive where I'm getting more than 1 a day. Just one every few days is good. I spend more time deleting your emails instead of reading them.

As a long time user/purchaser of dr.squatch products. I have enjoyed their witty humor but well placed marketing when it came to products advertised. The products themselves have been of a good solid quality that to this day are evident with the use of each product. If I only have 1 major request suggestion is that the team should have the entire smells/choices of product be of every style made except the toothpaste (which is fine as mint and citrus flavors[please come up with new oral flavors]). Also understanding business practices but selling to a bigger "competitor" was disappointing.

I had an issue with my delivery address. It kept getting sent back; however, the wonderful customer service this company has got back to me promptly. Giving me updates, information and helped get my package to the right place!

You did great I appreciate the great customer service and responding promptly. You went above and beyond!

I got my product here quickly after having to change some info on my account so it could be processed. I have been a user of Dr. Squatch for years and won’t use any other soap.

For the 2nd month in a row I was charged for 3 bars but only received 2. I understand one bar was not available, but why is it not going to a squachpick? Rather then you are charging me for something im not receiving. Ive been a member for a long time this is now the 3rd time this year ill have to have stuff fixed.

I had a small issue with my recent subscription order (completely my fault, I forgot to change my scents), but I emailed the Dr. Squatch support team, and I am so impressed!
They got back to me incredibly fast and managed to update my order before it left the warehouse. Their customer service team is polite, helpful, and actually treats you like a real person, not just a number. It’s rare to find companies that still care this much about their customers!
Top-notch service, and of course, the products smell fantastic and are great on the skin. I’m a customer for life. Thanks, guys!

Last order I did the new clear stick deodorant and while I loved it at first it broke my skin out horribly. I also noticed I needed to reapply each day so If I could go back and edit that review I would change it to 2 stars due to this. So I have gone back to my trusty Pine tar "white" solid deodorant you have had for years, Lasts all day and doesn't mess with my skin just sometimes leaves I white mark on a shirt if I am not careful when getting dressed. I will live with it vs. how bad my underarms flared up on the "clear" sticks. I hope this isn't a sign of the times for Dr. Squatch and they are finding ways to increase profit by making inferior products as I have been using Squatch Pine scented products for years and I love them and never had a problem before.

My experience with ordering product through the site was great. However, I wish that some of the scents that they had (Sinsister Sticc and Bay Rum) were still there to order. They were pleasant scents that weren't too overpowering. I wish there were genuine replacements for these if those scents are discontinued.

Nothing wrong with the product, but be warned before you subscribe to Dr. Squatch: cancelling a subscription is harder than cancelling a gym membership. It's frustrating enough that I'm dropping a one-star review
