I want to personally Thank my dear Dr. Tamer for this amazing transformation in my life I don’t regret it for a minute. I trusted you because you’re professionalism and your staff were on the highest level and I would recommend you to anyone who is interested in to doing this procedure! I had struggled all my life with my weight and in the last 5 years knew I wanted WLS as a tool to help me regain control of my weight. After lots of research I found Dr Tamer and his team. Naturally I had my reservations about having surgery abroad but as soon as I made communication with Dr Tamer these reservations quickly disappeared. The support & communication is there which is key when guiding you on your WLS and Dr Tamer is always happy to help. All staff were incredible, they were kind and so supportive and would make you feel calm. I am one year post surgery now and wish I had done this sooner! I have lost a total of 5st 7lb and forever thankful to Dr Tamer and team. I’m happier and healthier than ever and I LIVE my life now.

After doing much research I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Tamer at the end of August 2022.
Everything from start to finish was brilliant. I was picked up from the airport with several other patients and taken straight to the hospital, where I was given a stomach scan and had my bloods etc taken. I met Dr Tamer and instantly felt at ease. He is a lovely man and an amazing surgeon.
He kept my family up to date with how I was doing after my operation. I was taken really good care of whilst in the hospital and when I left to go to the hotel.
To this day, if I message Dr Tamer he will always get back to me with a voice note.
I thank god I found him. He is a true gem and so caring towards his patients. I couldn’t have asked for anymore.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Tamer. I was sleeved on 25/06/2022, my weight was 120kg now I'm 68kg. Went from wearing XXL to Size small. Whenever I needed to ask Dr Tamer about anything after the surgery he was available. Dr Tamer and his team are really amazing

Really there is no words can describe my feeling Thank you so much Dr.Tamer i did the surgery 45 days ago i lost around 20 kg the is no problem after the surgery im eating all kind of food with no issue i feel healthy not feeling down i follow the medical protcol there is no vomting i feel normal.like befoer the surgery one point good i cant eat like befoer big meal now all.my meal size is reduced and following the plan to eat healtgy food with high protien thank you Dr.Tamer i can sayThe best talented Egyptian surgeon in the world really we are proud of you and your sucess bless you Dr.Tamer

Dr Tamer himself is a very talented man. I'm certainly glad that I went to him for bariatric surgery as he's knowledgeable and explains it all clearly with what's happening. The other doctors who work with him are also very helpful and definitely give you the same sense of calmness when facing any issues pre or post op.

The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because the we had issues with the transfer service and actually even though I understand there may be a part language barrier, I feel the pre and post op instructions could be a lot clearer as I know a lot get confused.

I am 5 years post op with the VSG sleeve. I had a very good experience with Dr. Tamer and his team. No complications and lost a good amount of weight. This surgery was life changing for me. This surgery reversed my type 2 diabetes and eased my PCOS symptoms. Since my surgery (2years after) I have had 2 healthy babies. I was always told by my dr that I’d struggle to have kids due to PCOS. Also my confidence and self image increased dramatically. This surgery really did change my life. I know it sounds cheesy but this was the best decision I made. I had this surgery at 22 years old and 18 stone. I am now 27 and no where near the weight I once was (even after 2 pregnancies). Dr Tamer is highly experienced and is great at what he does. He is a lovely Dr who puts you at ease and genuinely cares for you.

Absolutely the best person to have my operation with. I was booked for Turkey but my gut said this wasn’t right so I got in contact with DR Tamer who personally spoke to me and went in depth based on my existing conditions etc. the service from start to finish was amazing. As soon as we got to the airport we were greeted and took straight to the hospital. I was very nervous and the fear kicked in once in my room as it didn’t feel or look like our hostpitals but I remained as calm as I could and tried to sleep till the morning. The pre op tests were very thorough and saw I had goal stones. Dr tamer comes in before surgery to go through it all with you and then you get your gown and off you pop to get ready. I was first so didn’t really have much time to be scared and when I did feel panic on the operating table, before I knew it I was awake and it had been done. I was so lucky no gas pain but was quite sick, medication is given regularly so I never felt uncomfortable for long. It really was first class! I was so sceptical as I didn’t trust abroad but I’m so glad I put my trust in dr T and he is just the best in this field. Any time I have had worried Since being home he gets back to me within a day. I have had no issues and cannot believe it’s been so smooth that I’m now 17 weeks out it feels like yesterday but I also forget I have it sometimes. The best decision I ever made it’s a huge weight lifted to not have to worry about diets and weight gain and I finally feel like I can get my confidence back

Hospital room was clean and the staff very very helpful. Housekeeping several times a day and nothing was an issue.

I chose to have Bariatric surgery in 2021 and researched many surgeons over the year, I decided to have a bikini sleeve in January 2022. The whole process was fantastic and the level of care I received was 2nd to none. Absolutely no complications from surgery or post op in the 18 months since. I’ve lost 9 stone and would recommend Dr Tamer to anyone considering this type of surgery.

Incredible surgeon, clear instructions both pre op and post op. Always available if you need him. Incisions are tiny - he’s a magician!

Dr Tamer is a fantastic surgeon, the all Team really work hard and are so caring in everything they do. Always on hand when you need them and very quick and efficient.

The Hospital room was exceptional and very clean it was almost like checking into the Hilton Hotel at Loran Hospital.

Dr Tamer is a true genius

From when I 1st started searching bariatric surgeons all the best reviews kept advising me to go to Dr Tamer. The booking process is easy.
Flying to Cairo was nervous but the driver was there and was took me to Alexandria.
The hospital is clean inside albeit noisy outside but it’s Egypt and Egypt is very populated so it’s bound to be noisy.
After undergoing all the necessary tests I managed to get a few hours sleep.
I met all the surgical team and Dr Tamer came to advise me of the actual surgical procedure.
I went down to surgery around 4 pm and was soon back in my room. The nurse was attentive and always around for pain relief etc. I stayed in Hospital for a few nights and was discharged to my hotel where I spent a few days exploring Alexandria.
When I was ready to go back to the UK the driver collected me from my hotel and drove me to Cairo where I flew back to uk and started my new life.
Any issues I message DR Tamer and he gets straight back to you the same day with advice and he recently attended a ball where all his surgical patients got together and celebrated their new slimmer life.
