USELESS COMPANY.

Ordered the same balloon game as a lot of others on the 9th December obviously for Christmas.

Got a load of deflecting excuses before Christmas when they told me it was not even going to be sent until the new year.

I explained that anyone ordering something in December is obviously wanting the items for Christmas and the new year is too late.

In the new year I asked again, just got ignored. I then asked for the tracking details… ignored again so have had to issue a chargeback for the purchase. They only had about 4 items for sale on their website and even those they could not deliver. This company should just close down as they are completely useless

Bought an item that was very poorly packaged and unboxed and as a result was delivered damaged and wet from the rain.
I was provided with a return label and returned the item but it is now over a month later and I still haven't received a refund and am getting no response to any emails
Avoid !!!

Ordered a balloon game for Xmas was meant to be here by 23rd December still not arrived had the same message others have had about a delay with courier etc but still not arrived been emailing but no response seems a standard thing. Awful company !!!!

I ordered the balloon game on 12th December. It said it was sent on 15th with delivery by 19th but has never areived. No tracking information available. No response to my email requesting a refund. Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering!

I ordered an item before Christmas. The item was apparently shipped on the 15th but did not turn up. I emailed the company and felt reassured when they told me there was a delay by the courier of 2 days. However the item never arrived. I emailed the company again but have heard nothing since. I would not order from this company again.

I ordered an item as a Christmas gift for a child but didn't receive anything even though the money went out of my account. I emailed explaining I hadn't received my item and asked if the order could be cancelled if it hadn't been sent yet but didn't receive a reply. I read that orders were being received the next day and believed this to be the case but unfortunately it wasn't.

I think they need more people working for their Customer Service Department as there seems to be a lot of people complaining about the same thing.

Another social media marketed chinese scam. Avoid ut doesnt arrive

Don't order anything from them i ordered the balloon sword fighting game they say next day delivery and 10 days later nothing.Have contacted them but they fob you off saying it's been dispatched and you get it soon.still nothing. Save your money and don't order anything from them. I wish I hadn't can do without the hassle to try chase up. Don't be fooled by next day delivery it might as well say next year delivery.

You will be lucky to get what you ordered. I order sword fighting figures and was not sent anything. When I asked for the tracking information they gave me someone else's tracking information. I tried to contact the company again with no reply. Stay clear of this company. Even on there Web site they say they have a 4.9 star rating on trust pilot but don't. I have now got the credit card company involved to try and get my money back. I have put one star because I can not put no stars. Save your money and shop else where.
