Shout out to Marni Taberara

Shout out to Marni Taberara, who has now been my first port of call for several issues one of which was getting locked out of my flat. She worked tirelessly to get the contractors involved quickly even answering queries out of hours to make sure that the issues were resolved. She is easy to get along with even in tedious situations and always performs with distinction whenever she is called upon.

Tenant experience review

Tenant here—Initially had a bit of trouble due to some miscommunication/misunderstanding regarding my pre-requirements for the flat before moving in. However, Declan stepped in and quickly resolved the situation: he managed to get professional cleaning as well as the bed removed within just a couple days, and thanks to that, I was even able to move in 2 days sooner. The timing was relatively short (I put in an offer for the flat and got referencing done within less than a week to move in the following week), but everything went smoothly. Also, communication has been great since—Declan has shared my secured deposit certificate and inventory report in due time, he replies to emails fast, and he's always trying to help. Thank you!

Landlords AVOID

Landlords AVOID. Reviews on here are clearly fake. The two guys who run this company are crooks and working with contractors to charge as much as possible for minor repairs. Instead of getting the original contractor back out to fix the shoddy job, they will pay someone else and then when they also don’t fix it properly, they will pay someone else yet again. So you’re paying three times for something that’s still not fixed and they don’t care when you try to explain how ridiculous this is. Absolute rip off. They often carry out these repairs without checking with you first as they are supposed to and say sorry it was urgent so we didn’t have time to notify you. Absolute chancers. They are at it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Nice professional people

I’ve been in an ezytrac managed property for many years and not all their portals have worked which has been frustrating, but most interactions with staff have been positive where they’ve been professional, friendly and helpful. Rum was particularly kind, helpful, understanding and responsive during my moving out process. Thank you! Overall I have had a positive experience with them as a tenant.

We had an excellent experience with Rum…

We had an excellent experience with Rum Dalupere and the whole process of our move. He was incredibly helpful, making everything very smooth and straightforward. Rum went above and beyond to assist us, including helping to ensure our deposit was fully returned. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him, and we really appreciated his professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness throughout. Everything went perfectly, Thank you Rum

I had a very positive experience with…

I had a very positive experience with this property management company. The staff were super helpful and were swift to act and answer questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and efficient throughout, and any queries were handled promptly and professionally.

A special thanks to Christine and Rum, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly their support and professionalism really stood out.

Overall, a great service and I would happily recommend them.

Great Support – Special Thanks to Christine and Beth

I would like to leave a positive review for the team, especially Christine, for the excellent support provided.
Christine was extremely helpful with my electricity queries. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, which really reduced my stress and made the situation much easier to understand. The communication was professional, supportive and reassuring throughout.
Beth Manacope also assisted with maintenance matters, and the issues were handled efficiently.
Overall, the service has been responsive and reliable. Thank you for the support — it is truly appreciated.

Mike and Ash were amazing

Mike and Ash were amazing, they did all the work to perfection, I couldn’t of asked for anything more, plus they are a great set of lads if I ever need anymore work doing on the house I will be sure to ask for them again.

Support to solve issue…

Christine provided outstanding support when I was having trouble with my electricity payment through OVO. She took the time to explain everything clearly, explored my options, and helped me find a solution that worked. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference, and I’m very grateful for her help.

Happy tenant

Throughout our tenancy so far we've needed a few repairs and Shara has been very responsive in scheduling them and moving things forward. The excellent communication really gave us peace of mind going forward.

5 stars and more for Shara specifically. She has been our maintenance coordinator for the past few months while being amazing at it.
She very promptly responds to our queries, chases after contractors to schedule the works and checks in with us regarding the timelines and if the issues have been fully resolved.

Fantastic maintenance service

I'm a tenant. Maintenance service lately has been fantastic e.g. I report something in the evening, even a relatively minor issue, and I get multiple emails and calls etc first thing the next working day with really clear instruction on next steps, what info they need from me etc. And then contractors are sent out basically immediately also. Feels like an extremely responsive service. The communication is really excellent. Many thanks to Shara and the team!

Unprofessional staff with very little knowledge within their area of responsibility


Renting through Ezytrac has been a very strange / very unprofessional experience.
On moving in – due to their admin error – I was promised one date and then a day before – they just texted me to say - my move in will be delayed by 10 days????
When I finally moved in – flat was dirty , utterly disgusting – Ezytrac should consider themselves lucky - I did not report them to Healh&Safety regulator.

During the tenancy – maintenance issues were dealt with in a very basic / unprofessional manner.
Coordinator SHARA – is bizarrely “noisy” yet clearly does not understand her role. Initially I thought she was an AI assistant.
She is clearly inexperienced and requires structured training – again, responsibility is with Ezytrac to prepare and manage their staff.
Shara just talks endlessly – making no sense or progress – probably just likes sound of her own voice!
Ezytrac is a – Property Management company – Tenants are main source of their income.
My feeling is that they are only focused on pleasing Landlords and seem to have very negative attitude towards their Tenants ?

When I moved out – my deposit re-payment was handled by LYN and CHRISTINE.
They waited exactly 2 weeks to get in touch – day prior to releasing deposit – they managed to “squeeze in” – in reality - non existent issue of pre-paid top-up Insite meter?
By this time I was utterly exhausted just reading their uninformed communications..then again waited another 2 weeks to pay the deposit back – regardless of the fact that it was returned in full /??
Again – you get this underlying feeling that Ezytrac staff are there to relentlessly and inappropriately harass their tenants.

I would never rent with them again.
To be fair to them – company is based outside London and maybe they just do not understand London market.
On the other hand – they had plenty of time to learn.

Ezytrac Personnel

I was lucky enough to fall upon the recommendation to use Ezytrac from a friend of mine, just as I was beginning to enter the property market. Since then (about seven years ago), I have had no complaints what so ever about any of the Ezytrac team. I am used to working with close knit professional teams myself so I can see this team as being one of those. I have mentioned previously a few of the Ezytrac employees on this portal as being steadfast professional individuals. This time, I would like to say a thank you to CJ Ambata, Customer Services Team Leader, who always reacts promptly to any of my inquiries (as they all do) to reply with positive constructive answers in any return mails. It is very reassuring to have the support of such a team. Once again, thanks CJ and Ezytrac.
