Have used Freeman electrical many times, excellent communication and service. Goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just as we want it. Punctual and honest. Would highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the experience I had with this electrician, I’d feel morally wrong keeping quiet. This man didn’t just fix my electrics — he restored my faith in humanity.

Turned up on time, looked at the absolute disaster of wiring in my house for about 12 seconds, and somehow already knew exactly what was wrong. Watching him work was like seeing a Formula 1 pit crew mixed with a NASA engineer. Efficient, calm, zero mess, and somehow still explaining everything in a way my sleep-deprived brain could understand.

The lights are brighter. The sockets work better. I’m pretty sure my WiFi got faster out of pure respect.

At one point I genuinely considered asking him to stay and run the country.

Pricing was fair, communication was perfect, and the quality of work was unreal. If this electrician has no fans, I’m dead. If he has one fan, it’s me. If he has a million fans, I’m leading the parade.

Would recommend to absolutely anyone. 11/10.

From first contact to end result, Luke was absolutely brilliant! His work is top notch. Very friendly and professional. Will use his services/skills for all future jobs.

Would leave more stars if I could. Good electrician and even better bloke. Had a few odd jobs to do on site, and he happily took them on with zero complaints - his favourite part of the job he tells me. Professional spark who takes all concerns and addresses them for peace of mind, as well as working with me to get the exact result I wanted. 5/5 but I’d rate 6 if I could!

Another great job from Luke!

I first booked Luke arond a year ago to do some PAT testing for my business and he did a great job.

So when we needed some more work doing at home, we went straight to him to get a quote to install a new EV charger, outside sockets and upgrade our main electric board to replace the decades old fuse box.

Luke is great at communicating, working out what's best for our needs and confirming dates. Excellent work and a decent chap to have in your home. He tested everything thoroughly before leaving and explained how the new installations worked. Certificates received by email later same day.

Then recently another job for Luke with some outside lights needing to be fited and wired in to our new porch.

I highly recommend Luke for any electrical work that you might need doing, and no doubt we'll be in touch with him again for our next project!

Luke did everything we asked with speed and courtesy.
He jumped in to rescue us when we were away, and we were totally happy to trust him with our keys and our home when we weren’t there.
