While Rum's service was very good in delivering the message, the bottom line is that we lost the tenant due to the poor monitoring service from Ezytrac's Maintenance team. No fault of Rum, he did his job.
As the landlord, we are paying for the cost of Ezytrac's inefficiency.

The background information and summaries of previous events they include are especially helpful, allowing our team to be fully briefed and prepared before attending site. This approach not only improves efficiency but also enhances the quality of service we’re able to deliver.
