Beth was really helpful in sorting out a maintenance issue that got considerably delayed.

They have been very professional and helpful from the start of leasing the current apartment we are staying at to addressing any issues.

Generally good service, but recently my account has been taken over by Rum who has been extremely proactive, as well as immediately dealing with any queries I may have had.

While Rum's service was very good in delivering the message, the bottom line is that we lost the tenant due to the poor monitoring service from Ezytrac's Maintenance team. No fault of Rum, he did his job.

As the landlord, we are paying for the cost of Ezytrac's inefficiency.

Shara and her team are also incredibly responsive and they keep us promptly updated on any changes to current allocated jobs and are always quick to provide clarification or support when needed. Their proactive communication and professionalism make working with them a real pleasure.
