Avoid - communication and postage issues ….. customer services ignored emails and failed to sort anything out.
Shocking company, card are just boring and the pictures are misleading as 95% of the card boring. Asked for a refund and they said no.
I'm not sure about the reviews on here as it seems as though the issues are their problems not the companies.
Ours arrived (over the Christmas period) in 3 days! Came in a kind of Amazon type of envelope, but in pristine condition. The cards look like they will be fun, unless you're extremely prudish.
All in all, a good experience and a fun product! 👍
Cards are great, good quality, had fun playing with them. Order arrived a week later than it should have, but it was because of Croatian post office.
Wait time for delivery is a joke, buy atleast 1 month in advance. When emailing they are patronising and not helpful.
I bought this item and it was fine and I was very happy with it, then shortly after me and my partner separated so I returned the item on 12th April, still sealed. On the 14th of April my item was returned back to the seller as per my tracking receipt. I contacted them on the 9th May to say I had not had my refund. They emailed back to say they have not received the item and asked that I send them proof of postage.
I send them a picture of the receipt with the tracking number which again, showed it was returned on 14th April.
They replied saying my tracking number ‘wasn’t working’ so which I put the tracking number in the Royal website myself and screenshotted the proof to them. On 9th May they got back to me saying they would invest age this and I would have a response in 5-7 business working days. It is now 10th June and I have heard NOTHING
Placed an order. Realised I bought the wrong thing so emailed straight away to cancel it.
Got an email the next day saying they couldn’t cancel my order because they’d already packaged it up to be shipped.
I now apparently have to wait for them to actually ship it, send it back to them and I get charged for shipping and a restocking fee….
Absolutely ridiculous.
