I am giving 3 stars only because the products are of good quality. However, I was very disappointed with the service. On their website, it clearly states that delivery is free for orders over £500 in London and over £1000 outside London. I even confirmed this with them before placing my order. Despite this, when it came to invoicing, they still asked me to pay an additional £75 for delivery. When I refused, they suddenly reduced it to £40. I canselled the order.
This kind of inconsistency is unprofessional and damages customer trust. It felt like the terms were being changed after the purchase, which is both frustrating and disappointing. The products are good, but the lack of transparency and professionalism makes me hesitant to recommend them.
