I have heard that Aytac repackages and sells expired products. I have experienced this with many products I have purchased and again I accidentally purchased one of their products. The smell was so bad and the taste was so disgusting that it compelled me to write this review. I call on the British Food Authority to take action on this issue. You can't fool people and sell poor quality and expired products. There is not even an expiry date on the packaging. You can't be this reckless.

I wouldn’t say all of your products are all bad. However, I emailed you regarding the walnuts, and no one responded. The quality was truly awful.
If you’re comfortable leaving your customers dissatisfied, then by all means, continue this way.
I placed an order on the 8th December…
I placed an order on the 8th December 2024. I received my order on the 12th of December. The total amount of my order was £121.75 but I only received £60.12 worth of my order, I was automatically refunded £21.26 but there is a short fall of £40.33 worth of items.
I have sent 4 very detailed separate messages to Aytac Foods on their e-commerce site but I am still being ignored. I do not understand how a company takes payment for goods but does not provide the items purchased then ignores the customer.
Shopping on line is a life line for me as a disabled person.
This is the fist company I have encountered this kind of service where they don't even have a telephone number to call them on. I am now at the stage where I will contact my card provider to get my money back but more so I am very upset and disappointed that my order of food was not delivered and I am being treated in such away. I have made the order on 6th Mar and recieved the package today 12th Mar so no 2 days delivery as calculated when I ordered. Very few information to get about the order or the process needs to be improved.
Like you have download another app to track your delivery in order to receive the same message the order has been processed.
About the order nothing is the same as in the pictures like I picked the glass jar sweetcorn and received a tin one(don't know if it is a cheaper replacement or else) with no explanation. or all the Colonge bottles have different headlids and difficult to store them. And no information about the replacements. right now I can only thing that what I pick from the store will be a wild card what I will get.

All of their foods are shi(e)t
All of their foods are shi(e)t. I do not understand how they managed to get all the shi(e)t food in one place and named it Aytac. Over the years I did buy food branded Aytac everytime the item was not good at all. Recently i gave them another chance and bought one of their meat product only because non of the other brands available and that turned to be shi(e)t as well. I will take the rest of the items back.

Wrong items. Difficult to contact. Expensive
I ordered two times from them. The 1st time, one of the orders was damaged, and they refunded its price after emailing them the pictures. Which was a plus point that made me order again because I felt they were honest.
The 2nd time was worse. Many of the items weren't as ordered. I chose them because they have halal options, but some items received were non-halal alternatives.
When I emailed them again two times with the pictures ( the phone simply doesn't go through) and asked for an exchange, they offered a refund instead. I was happy with that, but they ended up sending a partial refund. Upon emailing them again, they simply ignored me.
Additionally, the prices are 5-10 % higher than most halal shops in Liverpool or Manchester.

The products I ordered did not arrive for 4 days and no one contacted me. Even though I sent an e-mail, I could not get a response again. I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved

Used to be decent - not anymore
I purchased online in the past from their website, and although it had some minor problems, it sort of worked.
Marked orders as "replace items if not in stock", which always got ignored and ended up getting a refund.
Recently, they changed the "requirements", which means that the basket needs to have HMC products over 50 pounds.
This is ridiculous, as they only have 5 HMC products. I don't want to buy £50 of the same thing.
They are ruining what was once a good thing with this pathetic requirement.
