I initially got to know about Dr. Vranjes when I travelled to Milan last year, and I fell in love with their fragrances. I ran out of my reed diffuser fragrances and was hoping to get more when I realized they have a website. Navigating their website was easy, and had a lot of options. The fragrances smell amazing and last for a long time.

Extremely disappointing service and no communication
I placed an order with Vranjes on March 14, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely frustrating. The shipment never actually left the courier, and on March 24 it was already returned to the sender without any explanation.
Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails asking for clarification and an update, but I have received no meaningful response. The lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable, especially considering the reputation and pricing of the brand.
At this point, I am still waiting for a resolution—either a proper reshipment or a refund—but the complete absence of proactive customer care is very disappointing.
I expected a premium experience; instead, I encountered inefficiency and silence.

I’m extremely disappointed with the car parfum. The scent is not noticeable at all, even when attached to an active air vent with warm airflow. For a premium product, I expected a consistent and detectable fragrance.
