See note from customer service below what a joke they now want me to test there faulty product and buy a new fragrance from them and they will give me £10 towards the cost , I do worry for them anyhow I’m now giving up I’ll send a final review in a few weeks once the liquid has completely evaporated

Thought it would be easier to re write the review since I have now received an update from Customer services
Issue was that the item calvados bowl cost £240 and used 50% of the liquid that came with it in just 3 weeks the room is kept at a constant 18degrees ,
They requested photos and serial number of the product and managed to confirm nothing was wrong with the product without even looking at it, obviously very clever people if they can do all this remotely, so the customer service really is not great so although we have had other products from these with no problem, this bowl is a total waste of money so please don’t bother unless you’re happy to fill it around every six weeks , it obviously has a design fault in that the open is far to big for a diffuser ,I have posted there response below so you can get a feel for how you are treated as a customer, hence to say they will have lost me as a customer and several of my network

With regard to your claim, we would like to confirm that we have received our department's feedback.

We would like to inform you that due to the width of the opening on the balloon diffuser, the evaporation process is more important than with a standard diffuser.

That evaporation can also be amplified by the quantity of liquid that was first poured inside the balloon, and by the fragrance itself.

Indeed, we use alcohol as a base ingredient, and the evaporation process might be a bit quicker than other brands on the market, but the performance and overall potency of the scent are heightened.

Our quality department could not find any issue with the batch you were provided, and they confirmed that the balloon diffuser is working as intended.

To make sure of it, they encourage you to empty the balloon, wash it, and dry it very well, and use a completely different fragrance to see if the effect is the same.

That way, we will understand if the fragrance you received is indeed faulty, despite our verification, or if the evaporation is solely due to the specifics of the balloon diffuser.

Great product. Loyal customer for over 8 years. Ordered while living on different continents. Never any issues. Outstanding customer service.

No invoice but most disappointing is the hand soap. The distributor system is cheap and for the price paid, honestly not to be recommended. It leaves little to no scent.

I use the home fragrance with an automatic atomizer in our Pediatric office. The lovely and peaceful fragrance is uplifting for all our clients, and I get complimented on it daily. I loved getting samples with my order. I will continue with this for as long as Drvranjes produce it.

Albero di Natale 500ml Refill. I Contacted Customer Services as only a very faint smell and received a reply back that it’s not being used correctly due to it not being used in their own branded bottle!

I’ve used refills from a competitor in my own bottles for 15 years and never had a problem, however, with Dr. VRANJES extensive experience they’ve confirmed this is my own fault as it will not smell unless I have their bottles. Waste of my time and money

Fast service, great products!

FedEx refused to deliver to my address - despite coming previously and other deliveries finding our home which has been here for 500 years with no trouble at all. Had to do a 1 hour round trip to collect and then carry heavy box a substantial way from car park to house.

My order is lost since 20 days, no info about shipment, no resources to my emails with requested status of the order. Overall experience is terrible.

i got my product afte more than one months and because i called a lot of times otherwise i will not get it or get it after even maybe 3 month

Honestly the worst experience with this company ever. We returned our stuff with track and trace (paid for the return ourselves). No reply from the company even though they received the package (confirmed by track and trace). Multiple emails to them, no answer nothing. Honestly this bunch is so unorganized I don't know why anyone would want to do any business with them.
