Well, I see that I'm not alone in having a terrible experience.
My order still hasn't been dispatched, even though I ordered it on the 26th of February.
After the first email, I received a generic email from customer service that they will contact the warehouse and update me ASAP.
Still haven't heard anything, my emails have gone unanswered.
Pretty disappointed to see a brand I was excited to support be nothing but a money grab, and quite frankly a scam.
I hope that "doctors" that allegedly created this brand treat their patients better than they treat their customers.

Update on this saga

I finally hear back from "Michael" a few days ago claiming that there was a glitch with the warehouse and that one of the styles had been sold out. It took nearly a month just for that update.
I was then offered to select a replacement style and was told that I will receive another pair as an apology.

I replied that that won't be necessary and that I'd like a refund. I've never received a response to that email.

So imagine my surprise when I got an email informing me that my order has now been dispatched 🙃
Feels like an April fools joke!
Of course, only 4 pairs were shipped, not 5 like "Michael" said in his email. Not that it matters, judging by other reviews, I probably won't get much use of them anyway.
Another thing is that according to the tracking link, the delivery is coming from China.
This only reinforced my opinion that this is a drop shopping company and not a "small Aussie business"

Comfortable to ware right size and quick delivery

Personally I was skeptical of the quality of the socks as I thought I could simply get a sports compression sock, however this product definitely chanegd my mind. I am currently in second year of nursing and am in placement. I have been on my feet 8 hours a day 4 times a week, and these compression socks have been a life saver!Hoping to buy some for my Nursing friends!

I also wanted to include in my review that the sizing worked incredibly well for me, as someone with smaller feet but larger calf. For me to have that access to cater to me was incredibly helpful!

My first order of socks got mixed up at the courier and I ended up with something else. It was for Valentine’s Day and the team at Dr Woolf sent out a new par on express courier and my nurse girlfriend got her excellent gift! Great customer service.

I had a great experience with Dr Woof: I had an issue with my shipment but Mari was very helpful and sort out everything in a smooth and timing way.
The socks I bought are amazing, soft and really comfortable, a great support during my pregnancy!
I'm really happy and recommend them to everyone looking for great compression socks! :)

Ordered several pairs of compression socks from Dr. Woof Apparel and the whole experience was excellent. We purchased multiple styles including standard compression socks, crew compression socks and ankle compression socks.

The quality is really good and they are comfortable to wear for long periods. The compression feels supportive without being overly tight and the material feels breathable and durable.

Ordering was simple and delivery was quick. Everything arrived exactly as described.

Very happy with the purchase and would definitely buy from them again.

Awful - still have6 pairs of socks, definitely the right size according to size guide yet all loose with excess fabric. Multiple attempts to contact consumer support - no refund offered, certainly not a happy customer despite the so called happiness guarantee. Took days at a time to get a response from customer support which kept dropping overnight - no response to my last 3 emails so I’m beginning to wonder if not responding is a strategy to avoid refunding?
Absolutely avoid. Clearly lots spent on marketing nothing on product or customer service.

I only ordered them last Wednesday and today is Saturday so, as expected, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM YET, so I cannot give any other review.

Ordered four pairs of compression socks, tracking showed order picked and ready for dispatch next day. Over four weeks later still no movement. After multiple emails to find out what was going on I finally got what looked like an auto generated response stating “sometimes this happens we will be in touch after courier confirms status. “ start of this week after another round of emails to them get a reply saying they could reuse the order or give me a refund. I opted for the refund. Five days later guess what….still no refund. Astounds me that these companies stay afloat. I understand things go wrong but this mob have the worst communication I have ever experienced. BUYER BEWARE!!!

First of all, I want to thank Dr. Woof Apparel itself. From replying on inquires and assuring things with me. A systematic, fast and smooth transaction until it gets delivered to me. Very planned. When I get the socks. Ohh. It was so smooth, east to wear and I get the pressure I need for my leg. The price is worth it!! It was a very good decision to bought your products, as a first time buyer I am beyond happy and satisfied with everything. Thank you so much and God bless!!!

Bought the normal calf size but it was way too tight measurements indicated normal should work it didn’t
No returns on socks either
Now I have the wide calf and they fit well
They do feel hot so I’m hoping this is not a problem on my flight

After being contacted to provide a review I emailed Mari to advise that my compression socks hadn’t arrived, she was great and sent me a replacement pair, these arrived on the same day as my initial order, emailed back and Mari said to keep both. Although they seem to have some delivery issues, the customer service was great. The socks are very comfortable albeit slightly tight at the top band.

Recently I ordered a pair of compression socks off Dr Woof. There was a slight delay in supply which was promptly resolved. On emailing them I dealt with Mari who has kept up communication, and has shown a great deal of professionalism in resolving this problem. I would definitely recommend Dr Woof and their team to others.

I’m now convinced this is a scam site. Ordered compression socks. After receiving the email confirming my order, I’ve been bombarded with marketing emails but zero update on my order. I contacted them & got a generic reply promising an update. Nothing since. I emailed today demanding a refund but I’m far from hopeful

Absolutely loved the compression socks but found I’d ordered the wrong calf size. I contacted Dr Woof and they didn’t hesitate to send me the right size. Great product, great PR.

Customer service was really good, quick response time after the socks I ordered weren't suitable for me. The girls were lovely and offered me a refund although they couldn't take the socks back due to hygiene. I'm now looking at possible scrub sets for work. Very easy to deal with.

side pockets in the straight leg pant would be great. I just bought two sets of scrubs - this is a big omission for this pant. Also where is the pen slot on the top? I think I just assumed that they would have as all other pants have side pockets.

1st time buyer to use as travel socks . While I am yet to test them for a long haul. I wore them around the house and found them very comfortable. A little thicker than I thought but feel cool firm but not tight. I have size 8.5 feet and found the medium size fitted great around the heels( no bagging ) and leg length isn’t super long. So feel they have sizing right . I did go wide calf as I was closer to the bigger end in normal. Would recommend. Great customer service.

Ordered 1 patterned scrub top, fast delivery, size is perfect. Great communication. Have now ordered 2nd top. Fully recommend.
