Thanks, I love my flare pants, the fabric and the fit of the tuck top. Unfortunately I need to keep looking. Where I work the RN in charge carries 2 phones, bulky keys, pens, my glasses. I need pockets! And my glasses always fall out of the breast pocket so I find that one of no use. I do not like joggers nor the skinny cut and your straight cut pants seem to have no useful pockets. The socks are great and it helps with the blood circulation on my feet for long hours at work and for workout.

The ordering and packing got delayed, and their customer service staff (shoutout to Gian!) was very prompt in assisting me with the order and followed through till delivery.

Worst $200 I have spent on scrubs ever. I purchased two new sets 6 weeks ago. After three wears the started piling and looked old. Now after 5 weeks and minimal wear the Caribbean blue pants have completely torn. The elastic at the waist is now showing because the material has literally torn away from the waist. I have emailed them numerous times to obtain a refund and when I call their phone number it rings out. NEVER AGAIN,

Compression socks patterns and fabric lovely, however, sizing was not perfect for me.
Customer support was FANTASTIC, they responded immediately when I informed them and they totally understood and provided a solution that I was extremely happy with 😊

I was looking forward to receiving my compression socks but after 8 days and 4 unanswered emails I had to contact PayPal for a refund, they hadn’t even sent them according to their web site lists it as not shipped, very poor service , lost me as a customer

Third Update: Warning! Do not trust Dr Woof. What they tell you on their website is not true. They do not refund you if the socks are not what you expected. The socks don't fit properly and they are not comfortable. It is now the end of April. Sent several emails then I was surprised to receive one reply with the promise to refund me. Then I never heard from them again. Sent more emails, still no reply. Second Update: I contacted again via email, now 4 times and no reply. I messaged Dr Woof Apparel on facebook, and again no reply. They never intended to help like stated below. Their reply below to my negative review was all for show and none of it was true. Don't buy from them! Worst fitting socks I have ever tried. Website states that if they don't fit to return them for a refund. I have sent an email 3 days ago requesting a refund with no response at all to my email. I was getting regular emails from them about their products and now nothing since my email to them. I purchased 4 pairs of these socks because all other reviews appeared to be excellent. I am 68 years old and had to borrow some money to buy them as they are very pricey. I have waited several days before deciding to write this review in case they answered my email. However, they have simply ignored me. Update: In response to Dr Woof. I sent another email today and sadly still no response again!

These socks are unwearable - band at top is so tight they almost cut off my circulation. The foot part is fine but top is like a tourniquet. I am 5'3" and 75 kg so not huge. Waste of money. Very expensive socks, promise everything and give nothing.

Wonderful product, super comfy and such cute designs.

This socks are longer fit, one foot was super tight and started to strangle my foot like my old compression socks and the length sat around top of my knees which I thought was good until the first hour started to squeeze tops of my knees moved under my knee and the same outcome. I wouldn’t buy again as they are the same as Chemist compression socks

Excellent customer service and the socks are really comfortable and not tight like other compression socks, also love the funky colours.

My order was packed quickly and efficiently but somehow sat in the Sydney Post Depot go over a week. Dr Woof lodged an enquiry for me and it was followed up and delivered once they did.
They also kept in touch letting me know what was happening and solved the issue on my behalf . My socks arrived in time for my flight and I couldn’t be happier with the product also. 👏👏👏

I am so impressed with the customer service of this brand! I ordered over a week ago for a flight early on the Tuesday after Easter. I’m still not sure if one of the pairs was labelled ‘pre-order,’ on the website, but when I contacted them a week after ordering to explain that if they weren’t posted soon, they wouldn’t arrive, they were amazing! Their representative, Mark, replied within minutes, explained one pair was on pre order (so the order hadn’t been sent), asked if we wanted to swap a pair out and offered free express shipping. They even added another pair of socks! On arrival the socks are so comfortable- not itchy or overly tight, and soft to the touch. Definitely would order again- they clearly care about their customers!

Got 2 pairs of socks for myself, 2 pairs for my girl, and one pair each for our mothers. It's fantastic. I put them on after soaking my feet in warm water every night and waking up afresh. Less muscle fatigue, legs feeling lighter. The designs are really cute and made my days better.

The quality of the products I have received was amazing. I love my new scrubs and I have received so many compliments because of them. They were also very responsive when my parcel was delivered and contacted the courier. I really appreciated their support.

Absolutely H O R R I D experience ordering from Dr Woof for their compressions socks. Ordered a bundle on 4th Jan and did not receive any updates on shipping until I dropped them an email on 17th Jan.

I got a reply on 20th Jan which asked me to choose an alternative design as those that I've selected are out of stock. My order was then updated with the new selections.

On 12th Feb there was no further updates on shipping since the previous email and I asked for one.

On 13th Feb there was an email reply saying they will check on the order. By 23rd Feb there was still no updates. I got a reply to this on 26th Feb stating that ANOTHER design is out of stock and I'll have to CHOOSE another design. I did so as asked.

By 1st March, this has been going back and forth for almost TWO MONTHS and there was never a proactive update from the team. I sent a chaser email, only to receive an update that TWO of the designs I have chosen are out of stock. This is unbelievable as if the designs were out of stock, my orders would not be able to have been updated from their end.

By 3rd March, my poor legs have endured tiredness and disappointment for way too long and I was emotionally and mentally too EXHAUSTED trying to attain these products and asked for a full refund which they have processed as mentioned in the email.

Today is 30th March and my order on their website is still "pending". It seems like my refunds have not been processed.

Does it really take this much to get my hands on these compression socks?
