I was a little nervous about using dry ice for the first time, but I found the staff at dry ice makers very helpful. I was able to stay in touch with them over whatsapp and telephone calls. I will definitely be using it again because it’s makes the drinks look so good.

Customer service was amazing
Customer service was amazing. They went far beyond expectations and even went out of their way to cater for my daughters needs, we only needed 1kg and altho they only sell 5kg or more they went out of their way to make a personal batch of 1kg just for us. They even gave us a more when they realised it was for a few science experiments to keep my child occupied during the 6 week holidays. Instant icecream dry ice volcanos and witches potions was a huge hit with her aswell as bottle rockets that flew atleast 50ft in the air 🤣

I really can't express how much the dry ice involvement in the cocktail event I catered for created a Golden Wow spark to all that saw our table.It was exceptional. Thank you Dry ice.The only mistake I made was buying too much dry ice,as I could not store it in the freezer for my next event.I could have if my freezer was reading -75°c but it was not.Next time,I know I could just buy a small quantity to cater for 100.

Fantastic service
