I wore the coat to London yesterday, and I had few people wanted to know where to buy one. I will be travelling to Antarctica at the end of January 2025 to the end of February 2025, I am sure it will keep me warm.

As you are aware, we have made our initial investigation and the parcel was successfully delivered to your home address by Royal Mail, as confirmed by the tracking information and photo evidence.
As this was successfully delivered, but not received by you we then have to follow certain procedures which allow us to investigate further.
We aim to complete our investigations as quickly as possible, and from reviewing this case we can see that we have been in contact with you a number of times to resolve this quickly.
These investigations are still on going, however we will ensure we get back to you as soon as possible in relation to resolving this issue.
We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service, however we cannot control external factors that are beyond our control.

Seriously could not believe how quickly the coat arrived next day delivery without the extra charge and the coat itself is just as described I ordered through the fb link which was easy enough love the coat would recommend but do go down a size if wearing as an everyday coat
