Coat perfect - deliver by royal mail shocking -
Coat is lovely and fits a treat. Ideal for walking the dog. What let me down was the delivery service by royal mail - first delivery way outside the window provided, next didn't comply and deliver to my neighbour, third was to deliver to my local post office. Received confirmation it had been delivered. Post office didn't have it. I finally found it a few days later in a waste bucket which could've been emptied and I wouldn't have been any wiser. Shocking. At least I'm honest and didn't claim it never arrived.
Thanks for the update Emma some 4.5mths later however I did receive a call from your agent moments after I placed my review. Forcefully bullying and intimidating me to change my rating. I reported him to Trust Pilot who weren't interested. Therefore what's the point of having this service - is it worth the energy and time to write the review and ultimately how accurate are the ratings/comments.

We are sorry to hear that our courier, Royal Mail did not meet up to your expectation, nor ours.
Unfortunately, this was out of our control, however, we would like to let you know that we did feedback this less than satisfactory service of Royal Mail, and advised them we did not expect this from our preferred carrier service.
This is something we rarely have to deal with, however it is very important that you have raised this with us.
