Everything from initial visit to the final installation was done seamlessly. We were kept informed at all stages and both the final product and the way in which the bathroom was left were excellent. Darren and Rob did a great job and I would have no hesitation in using them again and in recommending them to others.

Darren and Rob came when they said they would, on time. Shower screen attached in quick time with no disruption at all.

This is the second bathroom that Darren has put in for us, he did our en suite last year. This time he did our main bathroom and downstairs toilet, that in itself tells you something.
More than happy with the workmanship, Darren pays a lot of attention to details and the bathroom is really stylish.
You will have to wait for the work however as Darren is booked up months in advance

Darren and Rob have transformed our bathroom. Despite encountering a couple of issues from our previous bathroom installers years ago the work progressed well and was finished on time. The end result is a beautiful new bathroom. I have no hesitation in recommending DS Bathrooms for any bathroom refurb.

Darren at D&S Bathrooms goes the extra mile to ensure your bathroom is designed and spec'd to your personal requirements, including gently suggested improvements based on his expert knowledge and experience. He designed my 93yr old mother’s new bathroom to perfection, fully taking into account her need to feel secure in the shower.
Darren was always responsive, courteous and timely and the work progressed exactly to schedule with all mess taken care of.
D&S Bathrooms only deal in quality fixtures and fittings, which of course is reflected somewhat in the price - I can guarantee it is worth every penny!

The initial design was tailored to our needs. The work itself was all done within the promised timeframe and to the standard we hoped for. Darren and Rob were professional, cheerful and helpful throughout. We would highly recommend them.

What can I say, other than WOW!!
I contacted Darren in July 2024 as someone had seen his work and recommended him to us. When Darren came out to see us, he told us immediately that his lead time was 8 months and because of the recommendation and having read other reviews and seeing the photographs, I knew DS Bathrooms was the one for us and was more than happy to wait. He came and measured up and provided a 360 of what our bathroom would look like once done. We had a bit of building work to knock down the wall between what was a separate toilet and bathroom which absolutely gave us more space than we’d imagined. Darren and Rob are true professionals as well as really lovely guys. They never stopped from the start of their day till the end and each morning we were asked if we had any questions which quelled any concerns we may have had.
We absolutely adore our bathroom and would 100% recommend Darren and Rob (DS Bathrooms).

DS Bathrooms replaced our traditional bath with overhead shower into a full walk in shower and remodelled the toilet and sink unit for us. The team were clean and tidy and the work was completed ahead of schedule and at a fantastic price. Very caring and professional, they also adapted the final design right at the installation phase to widen the entrance and make the shower slightly larger to compensate for reduced mobility. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Excellent local honest service from DS Bathrooms. I had a new shower fitted and the quality is excellent, the fitting process was rapid and Darren clearly knows what he’s doing, the new shower is great!

Darren and Rob fitted our beautiful family bathroom in December 2024. I called Darren today because I found a leak. Darren and Rob arrived at my house 30 mins later, located the leak (not related to their work) and advised me how to fix it. I wasn’t charged for this call out and couldn’t be happier with the responsive service I received today. I would 100% recommend this excellent, responsive team of really great guys.

Darren and Rob were great from start to finish of the process. Darren came out to see what we wanted and produced an excellent CAD to show us what our en-suite would look like once our chosen products were installed. The installation was very efficient and professional and despite the amount of work required was very tidy. Can’t thank the two of them enough for a great service and excellent finished room.

An incredible transformation of two bathrooms in a holiday let Victorian house - there were numerous issues dealing with this old house not to mention the challenge of trying to organise it from Australia where I live at the moment. Darren and Rob were just incredible - fantastic communication, excellent can-do problem solving approach, fabulous design and product suggestions, first class workmanship giving truly sensational results that we are delighted with. A huge improvement for our valued guests. All on time and on budget. A million stars!!!

Darren and rob completing my bathroom refurb was so challenging and what they have achieved is nothing short of a miracle.
As with most 1900 properties we have become accustomed to finding hidden problems, but when this bathroom was stripped and gutted it became apparent that an unknown leak had caused a lot of problems and a decision was made to replace the floor and repair all the walls.
I knew I could trust Darren from viewing his previous work but the end result was spectacular and everything was done to the highest of standards.
At the start of each day I was updated on what was being done and the same again at the end of the day on the progress.
Their work ethic is outstanding and I forgot to ask Rob what his step count was As he never stops.
There is a reason Darren has a long waiting list but you will not be disappointed and the wait is worth it as he is skilled in his craft, going above and beyond.
I was particularly impressed with both Darren and Rob ensuring my home was kept clean and tidy as could be with such a big job.

Just WOW. I contacted Darren in March 2024, he was upfront straight away advising of his lead in time. I assured him I was happy to wait following the reviews and photos I had seen from his previous installations. He came and measured up and provided a 360 of what our bathroom would look like once done and the price. We (although hubby didn't really get much of a say!!) agreed to go ahead, picked our tiles and little extras and fast forward 8 months to November 24 it was our install week. Darren contacted me to advise all was still on track and he would see us on the Monday morning.
Darren and Rob treated our home like their own, shoes off while putting the protective covering down on our floors and stairs and then they set to work, they never stopped (I'm not even sure they stop for lunch to be fair 😆). At the end of each day Darren showed me what they had done and asked if I had any questions. First thing the next morning he checked to see if there were any further questions before starting work for the day.
4 days and we had our bathroom installed, no mess and our old bathroom stacked neatly on our front garden to be collected on the Friday.
I absolutely adore our bathroom and would 100% recommend Darren and Rob (DS Bathrooms) for any bathroom installations....so much so, I'm ready for him to come and price up our en-suite. They are first class and very professional lads. Thank you 😀
