Darren and Rob have been working hard over the last 3 weeks in Lowick renewing 3 bathrooms in my holiday cottage. They are very professional and tidy, providing high quality craftsmanship resulting in a very well finished result which has exceeded my expectations. No more boxing! Thank you Darren.

We had a couple of quotes for our en-suite to be redone but didn’t really like any of the ideas or the quality that was offered. We then found out about DS Bathrooms after reading these reviews and asked for a quote. Darren came round very promptly and discussed in detail what he could do and supply and sent us a quote with a 3D rendered image extremely quickly. He had warned us that there would be a little wait as he was booked up for months but were happy to wait as we wanted something special and expertly finished - we weren’t disappointed. The quality of products installed and the attention to detail throughout is exceptional, particularly the tiling and fittings. The level of professionalism from both Darren and Rob was incredible, left zero mess behind, taping coverings on the carpets and hard flooring first thing on the Monday morning was great (and unexpected) showing the level of customer care and thought about the whole process. You can tell that this is not just a professional service but a significant level of pride was taken. We couldn’t be happy with the completed project and would thoroughly recommend DS Bathrooms for hassle free, efficient and top quality service. Cheers!

I cannot possibly reccomend D S Bathrooms enough. I researched for over a year about who to use for our bathroom knowing that it was going to be a massive job. I was nervous and my husband was filled with pure dread for the future upheaval. I wanted someone where one company would come and do everything rather than coordinating different contractors and that is exactly what i got and then some. From the point of arranging the survey Darren was helpful, clear and most importantly turned up when he said he would. He talked me through all of my options and was clear with his pricing with no sales pressure whatsoever. He made clear with his quote the contigency pricing for the worst situation possible....which is exactly what i was expecting to happen and oh boy it did! When the..what can only be reffered to as the disintegration of our old bathroom happened and it was time for the install these guys were amazing!! Everyday they turned up early, cracked on with the job, and had a laugh. They were friendly, and clean and tidy. Every day Darren checked in with me morning and afternoon to see if i had questions and it was finished in exactly the timescale i was given. I cant express how impressed i am i will recommend them to ANYONE!! 50 stars...and even the hubby was impressed which is worth 100 stars more!!

We contacted Darren back in Feb for a quote and he was professional from the second we got in contact. we knew it would be worth the wait as my niece had her bathroom done a while ago and it still looks brand new.

The installation went ahead on the date planned, both turned up on time, left the place clean at the end of the day and worked really hard. Rob is equally as hard working running up and down the stairs all day to assist Darren in the install. Darren blew us away with the work he put in. removing and hiding the box/pipes behind the back of the toilet for us. The bathroom is absolutely perfect.

Our bathroom was very much past it's sell by date and desperately in need of a total revamp. Being wary of choosing the wrong company after hearing so many horror stories I followed DS bathrooms online for almost a year before contacting Darren. From that 1st contact I felt reassured that I had made the right choice.
Darren was friendly and knowledgeable, no sales pressure, he explained everything and followed up with emails. He listened to what I wanted and using 3d planner came up with a layout for my small bathroom to enable a bath & separate shower.
They arrived ready to start work with everything needed to do the job. No nipping off to get parts & completed in the timescale given.
Darren & Rob worked hard, were tidy and respectful, I was amazed at how little mess there was.
I waited 6 /12 to get it done but it was definitely worth it. I would recommend DS Bathrooms to anyone, it may cost more than some but there's a reason for that, you get what you pay for.

I knew I wanted DS Bathrooms to update our bathroom before the sale on our house had even gone through! I was so impressed by the pictures of previous jobs and all the amazing reviews.
We had our initial consultation back in January and we felt Darren listened to us to understand what we wanted and felt instantly at ease with him. We were so impressed by the online mock up of our bathroom and couldn’t wait for the work to be carried out! Despite choosing a less popular colour at the moment, we felt there was plenty of tile, flooring and furniture options available to us and love the choices we picked.
We loved that DS Bathrooms sorted everything out for us from ordering all the supplies to removing all the waste, so that there was no stress or hassle. And when the work was actually carried out, we felt like our house was in safe hands, and it was exciting to come home each night to see what progress had been made that day. It’s amazing to see the transformation in only 4 days and was well worth the wait! I feel confident that our bathroom will last, the price is worth it and no corners have been cut. We would 100% recommend!!!

Professional, efficient and friendly from the outset. Has his own showroom where you can physically pick your style and colours. Very pleased with the final result - exactly what we wanted for our bathroom. Turned a well worn, broken down bathroom into something so much more than I was expecting.
From his initial visit to price up the bathroom Darren was honest and approachable, giving me a realistic timescale and expected price for a quality job, with detailed plans and extensive product list.
When the work began there was an issue with the previous fitting which was dealt with quickly and the minimum of fuss.
I was continually surprised how little mess was created despite the hard work Darren and Rob were putting in and after three days the end result was well beyond my expectations.
Ds Bathrooms, you are paying for quality and they certainly deliver

Honest, reliable, courteous, professional and incredibly hard working….we can’t praise Darren and Rob of DS Bathrooms highly enough.
Darren has a systematic way of working and is an excellent project manager. From initial survey to completed installation his level of customer service and work ethic are of the highest standard. We were very impressed by his ‘can do’ attitude, setting targets for each day and always achieving or exceeding them and nothing was a problem.
Darren and Rob turned up on time every day and just ‘got on with it’. They were very respectful of our home and mess and disruption were kept to a minimum- far less then we were expecting considering the work involved which included knocking down walls and removing existing tiles. We were kept informed of everything that was happening throughout the job and always consulted when necessary.
We are delighted with our fabulous new bathroom, the finish is excellent and the transformation is amazing. We have no hesitation in recommending DS bathrooms…definitely worth the wait. Thank you so much Darren and Rob.

Darren is, by far, the best tradesman we have received a service from. His level of professionalism was outstanding from the very first survey all the way through to completion. He left nothing for us to worry or feel unsure of. Our bathroom is so much more than we could have hoped for and we are absolutely over the moon. Darren and Rob treated our home with the utmost respect and carried out work to an impeccably high standard, their tidiness while completing the work was fantastic. Darren also recommended tradesmen for other parts of our renovation that have had the same standards as himself and for this we are so grateful. We will 100% be back for our downstairs bathroom!

DS bathrooms has gone above and beyond. From the first initial visit, to designing, to fitting and the aftercare was just first class. Even during the fitting, all carpets were protected from the off and dust was kept to a minimum and cleaned up after every work shift. Darren and Rob were very friendly, respectful and approachable. We were always kept up to date with what was happening each day. The work has been carried out to perfection and we are very happy customers. We waited a while for installation but it was sure worth the wait.
With having bad experiences in the past with bathroom and kitchen fitters so we were very put off because of this, and scared to go through such a bad experience again, but we can honestly say we are so thrilled with the final result, even better than we had imagined and have had faith restored that their are still professionals out there and not just cowboys. Thankyou Darren and Rob, 6☆ rating from us and would highly reccomend to anyone.

We're delighted by the service we have received from DS Bathrooms. Darren has a very systematic way of working, from survey through to completion. We always knew exactly what was happening and when. There were a couple of necessary increases to the original price (due to increases in materials cost, and a bit of extra work during installation) but we were warned about this possibility early on in the process, and the increases were reasonable. The finished bathroom is top notch - excellent standard of finish, and high quality components. Darren has been friendly, communicative and eager to please throughout. Not surprisingly he has quite a long lead time but the finished result is worth the wait.
