We have just bought our first home (& hopefully forever home) at auction via DSB Estate Agents. We are delighted with the property, and I honestly don't think we would have done it without the help of Emily Terry, the estate agent. There is so much to learn when buying your first home and even more when it's sold via auction. Emily was supportive, always took time to explain everything & was dedicated to answering our questions. Communication was excellent and enjoyable throughout. Highly recommend and thank you!

Emily and the team were great from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and they found a lot of people to view the property we were selling. I would definitely recommend DSB especially if selling a house in probate.

We purchased our property through Emily from DSB and from start to finish Emily was there to answer any questions and help keep everything moving forward smoothly. She was always happy to answer questions and made sure we were always kept in the loop. The whole experience was quick and efficient and I couldn’t thank Emily enough for the care and attention she brought to our purchase.

DSB estate agents were great at providing a quick and very efficient service to sell our property. Emily was able to meet us on our terms and timescales and took all of the stress out of the property selling process, meeting all prospective buyers and liaising with all parties through the entire process.

A few weeks ago we moved into our home which we bought through DSB.
From start to finish Emily was outstanding and provided us with regular updates throughout the process.
She was excellent at chasing along the chain to move things along and would report back with where the chain was at.
We totally believe that it would have taken longer if Emily wasn't doing her work to chase things along.
Nothing was too much trouble, even after completion and DSB are 100% recommended. If we sell, there will only be one estate agent that we would use. Outstanding!

Recently sold and purchased with DSB and cannot recommend them enough. Emily was there every step of the way, guiding, advising and reassuring. Even with the inevitable hiccups a sale chain brings, Emily kept me up to date, chased where it was needed and pulled things together when no one else seemed to want to. She was very thorough and helpful, she explained everything to us about the process and walked us through step by step so we knew what to expect. During the process she was always prompt at getting back to us with any quieries or concerns we had making the whole process less painful and took the stress out of the situation. We can not fault DSB, they were brilliant, so helpful and always had time to keep me updated with the process, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this family run business to all my family and friends in the future. Emily in particular was outstanding and i couldnt have asked for a better service. What can I say about DSB? Simply brilliant, Emily you're an absolute credit to DSB and an absolute star.
Emily kept us updated throughout the whole process, literally above and beyond from what we expected. We sold through a different agent that unfortunately didn't live up to our expections but in future we know exactly what estate agents to be using.... DSB!!

I have moved extensively and I know many estate agents take your money and show little or no interest in your move
Emily from DSB was absolutely the opposite. She was caring and interested from the start, kept me up to date at all times (I purchased from her) , warm, friendly and incredible helpful (she even moved boxes for me on moving day!!)
She is literally the best estate agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and could not recommend her highly enough

Emily at dsb estate agents was amazing, she was always happy, smiling and friendly whenever we met. DSB are a breath of fresh air in the Estate Agency world. Initially I was hesitant about dealing with a new agency but DSB was the perfect match for me. Sam and David were exceptionally straight-forward and business-like in all their communication and somehow whilst being professional they were also friendly and personal. If you appreciate being treated as a person rather than getting the hard sell then DSB is the Estate Agent for you.
