Good communications with the work carried out promptly and professionally

From the moment I first contacted DS Gas to the job completion they were very helpful and efficient. I was kept informed with reminders every stage I will certainly use them again highly recommended.

I am delighted with the service provided from beginning to end. From my initial enquiry about whether or not it would possible to bring a new gas supply into an oil fired building to the remedial works required after the installation of pipe work was complete, the whole process was managed fantastically. The surveyor, cone and barrier dropper-offer, the guys who actually laid the pipe work and the office based support and information man we’re all exceptional! Thank you so much. Delighted

Branislav was my contact & he was very helpful keeping me informed of dates for installation, unfortunately the company who were installing the smart meter were unable to do this, however Branislav was very helpful with advice with who I should go to so I didn’t have a long delay.

Installation complete and of good standard. A few minor issues but these quickly resolved by the project manager who was helpful and efficient.

This was quite a big undertaking from our point of view, but it was well organised, everything went as planned, without any fuss and it was completed to a high standard. Although done over the Internet, it managed to have a personal touch. I would certainly recommend this company.
