I was allicated a contact to leason with Branislav Stojanovic Senior Project Manager who answered any question about the installation. The work was allocted a date and was kept to. The workers did an professional job clearing up after the day.
I would recommend DS Gas for installing gas to there homes.

I contacted DS Gas after getting the run around, expensive quotations and even more expensive quotes by other suppliers. They quickly identified that I could save money if I applied as an end user and arranged everything for use. If only I had gone to them first I would have saved 3 months messing around. Can't fault anything they did.

Just did my gas connection in Dartford through DS gas and the process went very smoothly. A very friendly guy called Branislav was incharge of my case and from start to the finish his service was highly efficient. Always received my calls and answered all my queries even after completion. DS gas chose my gas provided who supplied green energy which i was very pleased with and if required i can change the provider anytime in future without charge.
I would definitely recommend DS because of their friendly customer service (thank you Branislav), no hidden cost, accuracy with the strart and completion dates and for being ethical.

At the point of writing I am awaiting the final part of the installation (fitting of the gas meter), however, I expect that to go as well as the first part. My contact Branislav was very helpful and when I phoned to ask some questions he was able to assist me easily with these.
The company who were sub-contracted to do the pipe work deserve the most credit. Bruce and Sam went above and beyond when installing the pipe and when they left you would not believe that they had dug three holes in our lawn, because it looked perfect afterwards. We are very, very happy with the work carried out.

Simple from requesting a quote, to site survey and installation.

The installation of a gas line and meter to our elderly relatives home was carried out efficiently, with friendly communication at each stage. Care was taken to minimise disruption, and the front garden was left neat and tidy. Hence their service is recommended, I'd use DS Gas Connection again.

Kept me informed from booking to installation.
Communication was easy and prompt.
The telephone was answered by the same person who took my original booking and sorted out my questions quickly and effectively.
The work was carried out when promised and finished promptly .

I had several quotes for this work - one was nearly 5 times the price quoted by DS Gas for the same work. I want to personally thank Branislav for keeping me informed and for being at the end of a phone when required. Very rare these days to be able to speak to someone. Excellent service. Thank you.

I approached DS Gas Connections for a quote about a month ago. I also got other quotes from some other providers and the prices were all in the same ball park. Based on this, I did some research into the companies and I was shocked to find that this company claims to operate out of a London office on Regent Street but this is just a purchased postal address! Upon further investigation I actually discovered that the company is not even based in the UK at all and all of their staff are located abroad. None of this was ever disclosed and I feel as though their actions are dishonest and misleading.

**Edit** This company has now attempted to remove this review because they do not want their customers to know the truth. The Director who resides in Croatia says that I can come and have a coffee anytime at the offices and meet his staff! That must be one large building considering that there are 11,824 companies registered there! This is because it is simply a bought postal address for businesses who are misrepresenting themselves.

I have now had a response to my review insinuating that it isn’t genuine and claiming that I am a disgruntled ex employee? I find this highly insulting, I have been a developer for many years and would never even consider working for your company even if it was based in the UK, which it isn’t. I reviewed 1Gas a while back because they were another company I previously worked with that went into liquidation and took my money with them! That has no link to your company as far as I am concerned. I also find it very interesting that I have received 2 responses to my original post, one from an Aco Dencic and one from a Barnislav Stajanovic... traditional British names.

Great customer service. Branislav is very efficient and responded to my emails very quickly. The process was swift and easy and the workman also did a good job.

I had given up all hope ever getting good service from a utility company but DS Gas Connection Service has restored my faith that fast courteous, efficient and honest service still exists out there. Needed a new gas supply. Got staggering high quotes from others and a very obvious take it or leave it attitude. Approached DS - quoted within minutes - 75% LESS than the next lowest quote. Didn't believe it - their surveyor arrived a couple of days later to check the site - and CONFIRMED the quote would stand and gave me an installation date at the same time, Cadent undertook the connection on the right day and got it finished - all spot on work. Cannot speak highly enough of the DS Team and especially thanks to Branislav Stojanovic - their senior project manager. From start to finish in exactly 3 weeks. Not half bad. Thank you DS.

I'd be happy to recommend DS Gas connection. The whole process was extremely smooth and stress free. The management of the project from start to finish was very professional and the communication from Branislav Stojanovic throughout was superb. A really good job done very well.
