What a great company, I brought a property 4 months ago which I was led to believe had a gas connection, after carrying out major works and about to move in early August we found out we didn't so we would have no gas or hot water. This company carried out our connection for free whereas other companies wanted £800 and we're telling me 6-8 weeks wait, with me being heavily pregnant this wasn't what I wanted or needed. Baby is due to arrive anytime and the gas connection was sorted last week. Customer service and contact was great, always kept me in the loop and up to date on what was happening. Can't thank them enough, very happy customer 😊 Thanks again
