The company are helpful for the most part and the main contact Branislav is usually available to explain things that are not clear from the contract. I would ensure that you are absolutely familiar with your contract BEFORE you sign it and ensure that you made it clear from the outset that you will choose your own gas supply company. Do not be fooled into thinking you have to have a meter attached to the supply instantly unless you need it to be. Overall a good company to work wit.

I required a gas main to be installed
I required a new gas main to be installed. I emailed DS Gas connection Ltd and within 10 mins received a reply. I had some questions about trench depth on my property, and telephoned the person dealing with me, Branislav Stojanovic. He could not have been more helpful and patient with me.
Branislav kept me informed of every planned stage of the installation via email, and sent reminders of timings etc. All relevant licences to dig up the road and pavement were dealt with by DS Gas Connection Ltd so there was no pressure upon me to arrange anything. The workforce turned up at the appointed time, and completed the work in a very clean and professional manner. Within 2 working days, they had completely restored the roadway and pavement. I cannot speak highly enough of DS Gas Connection Ltd, or of the personal service from Branislav.
If you require any Gas Installation, I would highly recommend DS Gas Connection Ltd. First Class service and at a very competitive price

DS Gas Connection Ltd were a great help. They were always an email or call away with answers to any questions I had.. And some of them were obvious, and easy to find the answer, yet they were always patient with me. The waiting time for the work was a bit longer than I had hoped, being close to Christmas and New Year, that was understandable. However the work only took 2 days and not the 5 they originally advised.
I recommend their services compared to other companies because they made me feel like an individual, when problems could have occurred they informed me, made sure I understood everything I was agreeing to.
As for Branislav, the person dealing with my case. What an absolute star! Cannot thank him enough for the time and effort he took with our case.
