Ordered these roof bars for my van, great price and fast delivery, and really good quality product.

Ordered a rear spoiler based on the website pictures but was incorrect on arrival.
Contacted customer services and was promised to sort the correct replacement.
Several weeks on , e mails now ignored .
Shame as have ordered a lot of items from this company.

Order a full roof rack which was sent and delivered promptly although it was damaged on arrival ( not fault of dst) they responded and sent out a replacement by 30 minutes of being notified brilliant company easy to deal with very efficient and friendly will be using again can’t rate the experience high enough cheers to all involved

Recent bought and fitted roof rails and crossbars for a E-Dispatch Citroen van 2021 plate.. The kit is very well made and easy to fit. I did have a small problem with a rubber missing from one of the crossbars so had to email the company (no telephone no to ring) and they sent one with a couple of days. Very pleased with the result. Also bought ladder clamps but not used those yet. Keep up the good work DSTonline.

I purchased side bars for my vivaro van and a front bumper splitter too. Easy to order, fast delivery and items were really well packaged too. Have fitted running boards, roof rails and cross bars to Transit Custom and was very impressed with the quality, ease of fit and the way they look. They are all very sturdy and have all been put to good use. I made a mistake and only ordered two cross bars but in request the extra one was provided in double quick time. Excellent service and products, what's not to like ....

Quick delivery, great product and perfect fit

I ordered a Turtle roof rack for my connect and there was no silicone tube in the box .
I fitted the rack as I needed it for work and now when it rains my van is wet inside.
I sent an e mail to you but got no response which is bad service

I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me, unfortunately my purchase was back in March 2023. However i dont recall his name but i do remember that he was unbelievably helpful and knew the product really well.

Great price and service

I ordered roof bars , with 3 cross bars , they were not cut to length , so they offered me £25 if I cut them to length , then next problem is three bars don’t work as the 2 rails have a curve so if you put a ladder on it just rocks on the middle cross bar , what a night mare I dad with this company , never got it resolved , ended up taking middle cross bar off , also try to find a phone number them them !
