As I was in your store I was approach by a lady assistant called Jan and I found her to be the most helpful sales assistant I have ever come across, nothing was too much trouble for her. I was looking for a leather jacket and I had many questions to ask and I tried many jackets on and I must have been a nightmare customer - however she went over and above of what is expected to help me.

Outstanding service - ordered online over the weekend. When the store opened, they found that the ordered item was no longer in stock so called to offer one from the next range up at the same price. Goods arrived the next day.
