Ordered the DST White Crest SS Button Down for the NC. Upon my return home, the shirt was sent to the local cleaners. They would not clean the shirt because red dye from both the sleeve and neck portion was fading around the arm, collar and inside seams towards the bottom of the shirt (multiple areas). The customer service agent I spoke with on 8/6/25, was exceptionally nonchalant about it and had the audacity to ask me, "what do you want us to do about it." An apology would have been totally acceptable, but that didn't happen either. The end result was the 30 days expired and they are not responsible, which is understandable. Word of advice, buyer beware and DO NOT PURCHASE from this place of business!! Not to mention, I also purchased two expensive pieces of luggage on the same day as the shirt to take with me to the NC. #one&done #terriblecustomerservice #smh

On 3/13/25 I placed an order for 6 mugs that they advertise on their site. Today is 4-15-25 and I have not received my items. I have sent emails and left a voice message and no response. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service from this company that sells Delta items. NOT HAPPY!!!!!

I placed an order with DST Style 1913 on March 24, 2024, paying $205.16 for a black and red DOI Jogging Suit. On January 2, 2025, I received only the red DOI Jogging Suit. Despite sending numerous emails and leaving messages through the contact form on their website, I have not received any communication regarding the status of the missing black jogging suit.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue, but there has been no response from their end. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am requesting an immediate resolution. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be compelled to file an official complaint.

I urge DST Style 1913 to address this matter promptly and provide the missing item or a refund for the unfulfilled portion of my order.

If I could give a zero rating I would!!! Ordered 3 flat shoes from here and never got my order but the company took payment! I’ve emailed, messenger messaged multiple times and NO response to getting the shoes!!! Unbelievable. I do NOT recommend and do recommend the store closing

If there was a RED FLAG ALERT button I would definitely push it on this company! I purchased a jogging suit March, 2024 that was to be shipped out in June, 2024. After July 1, I began sending emails inquiring. I must have sent over 5 or 6 emails to which I never received anything response or an acknowledgment of receipt of the email. It is almost December, 2024 and I still haven’t received the jogging suit or a response from this seller. I wouldn’t even order free stuff from this site! RUN FAST FROM THIS COMPANY!

Beware beware beware! I wish I could leave 0 stars. I purchased a DST jogging suit for my mom for Christmas 2023 and never received the item. I emailed 3 times and received one response in January 2024, after that she stopped responding. The website has since been taken down. I hope I can file a dispute with my credit card company but it’s probably too late now. You ought to be ashamed to do this to your sorors.

I wished I saw these reviews before I ordered! This is a common theme with this business, taking money and not shipping the ordered goods. I have emailed, no response. I have been waiting months for my order.

I ordered a DST blazer from this company back in May 2024 and have not received my item as of yet (August 2024). I have reached out with no replay. (Order #18699). I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase.

On March 19, 2024, I paid $151.42 for a necklace and shoes from Clothing/Shoes for Order Order #18404. I have reached out to them twice with no response. I will make sure my fellow sisters are aware of your business practices. I simply want my money refunded.

Don’t order from this company. It’s 7 months later and I am still waiting for my blazer.

I ordered a blazer in Oct 2023. I have not received it. Order #17225 I received an email after I reached out again promising my item would be shipped in 2 1/2 weeks! I reached out again June 28. 2024. I still have not heard from them nor received my blazer.

I placed an order with DSTStyle1913 on March 8, 2024. Today is May 23rd and the tracking lable at the USPS still says "Pre-Shipment; Shipping Label Created - Awaiting Item - NEW ORLEANS, LA 70127. I have contacted this establishment multitiple times with -0- response. My last message was "Refund my Money!" Still no reply. Next step? I will file a complaint with the Secretary of State in LA.

I had posted a review earlier that needs follow up. DSTstyle made everything right and processed my refund - when I did not receive my order. We had to work through some barriers, but she provided my refund as promise. I will be ordering from my Soror again as I have before and trust and believe that she is a person who loves her business and will make things right. Thank you DSTstyle!!!!

Commerce fraud

Company is fake. Does not ship items. Will not respond to repeated emails. Tracking information is useless because they NEVER ship the items.

Over two months have passed and I have not received my order or any response to my inquiries about it ! My order # is 16733 confirmed on 3/16/23.

I want my merchandise or an immediate refund!

I understand that the owner is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and if so is not representing us in the way expected!!!!

It will be interesting to see how National would respond to this distrustful manner in which she manages this business .

Two months later and items still have not shipped. I do not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could! This is MOST DEFINITELY a fraudulent website! After multiple unanswered emails to the company about the order I placed in February 2022, I gave up! Do Not Order From Them! I never received the nerchandise nor did I receive a refund!! Spread the word !
