ALSO HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! If anything goes wrong (my order was LATE and the quality is very bad) they will NOT refund
your money, instead they will give you store credit. Who wants store credit when their products are cheap and horrible quality? I’m now stuck with
store credit and I need to get lawyers involved now. Just do yourself a favour and avoid this company. They also don’t respond or answer their phone which is really dodgy.

Stay away from this company! I bought a super king bed. Firstly, it took 17 days to arrive when the website says 4-5 working days!!! Secondly, the bed that was (finally) delivered completely different to the website specs, which means the thickest mattress we could have on it was 20cm!! I then called customer service and they were rude and the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken with. They just tried to charge more money, and insist the bed was the same on the website and that ‘minor’ changes was fine. This is not minor. I’m happy to provide images to prove this as it’s shocking, but seems I can’t on this.

We had falling in love with a sofa and beds on the website. After purchasing for delivery, the furniture arrived and was exactly as advertised. Very nice quality with a modern twist. Once delivered, the items were built and installed as part of the price. Customer service was excellent and we will be back to purchase more. Thank you Wooden Twist

Very bad manners from sales agents and poor quality in customer care services

This site is a fraud. They take your order and say any customization is okay and when finally deliver it, the product has so many flaws. Neither will they take back the product nor replace it. I ordered a white TV unit from them supposedly in acacia wood with Duco paint. Order #157813. The paint is uneven all across and after 6 months it has swollen and falling off in patches from the wood. They give third grade quality material and charge like crazy. I paid 18,000 to them and it is money wasted. The TV unit with the flaky paint and swollen wood is so bad I might have as well used ply. Please do not use their services. You will end up being cheated.

Very poor quality and no return policy. Once you bought product, your money is gone and no one cares about customer. I bought a sofa table that came with a defect. I tried to put a return request and it was cancelled. Pathetic customer care services who provides illogical arguments and excuses not to return the product.

Absolutely AVOID this business. Some of their stuff are made in India and they will tell you only AFTER you enquire about the delivery that keep being pushed back.I ordered a desk in April and now I might get it in June. I really got tricked by them! I asked for a refund and they are refusing. You are better off going to dragon mart and get the same stuff delivered immediately.

Very misleading. They say 2 days delivery and after 10 days still no update and no response to call. When asked for a refund they say policy states 180 days for delivery

I ordered 2 bar chairs and I needed to return them since you cannot sit a normal person and the seat is too small and there was no possibility to return my items. First woodentwist said they were picking them up and then changed their mind and asked me to read their policy. They do not care about their customers at all, they sent someone to pick up the 2 chairs and then changed their mind. I am stuck now with 2 uncomfortable chairs, wrote to them 6 times. Will never order from them again. Short sighted company,.

I have opened a complain with UAE consumer rights for this and hope to recover my money and have this bed removed from my home asap.

OUTRAGEOUS RETURN POLICY!! When returning a 599aed bench, they attempted to charge a fee of 300aed. over 50% !!! don’t risk it. purchase from somewhere with a safer return policy…

After over 2 months of waiting for my sofa, it finally arrived and was nothing like the images on the website.

The quality was awful, colour completely different and actual product looked nothing like it was supposed to.

No refunds or returns possible so I have wasted 4,000 AED.

Today we received two ladder bookshelves. At the attempt of assembly the shelves started falling apart and chipping off. Screws would sink into the wood and would not hold the shelf itself. It falls apart as if made of sawdust.
I immediately contacted Customer Service but they referred to their no-return policy AKA 'you bought it - it is your problem now'. What is this policy anyway!?!?! WHAT!!?!? Even if there's NOTHING wrong with an item, I should be able to return it without any cause or reason.
So now I own trash that I paid for and take directly to the dumpster. 'Great business' Screw you!

Disgusting team! Horrible customer service! Bloody cheaters.. they sent me a defected piece twice and on complaining they refuse to understand and hang up the phone. Do not waste your money, they are cheats

The worst product quality and customer service you can expect; after 2 months of delay the chaise lounge arrived in such a horrible cheaply made state with cracks all over the wooden back and legs. the wood was painted with cheap quality glossy non wood paint that was peeling off, the fabric was nailed into the wood with obvious steel nails protruding with safety threat. Their customer service is almost inexistent where they only communicate via WhatsApp and state that they don't exist in the UAE and operate out of India.

When delivered I asked their agent to take it back where he acknowledged the defects and took photos but never heard of him. In short I just threw away AED 2,475
