WARNING Horrible experience
WARNING Horrible experience, Ron the owner tried to sell me shoes 1/2 size too big and 2 sizes too narrow because they didn't have the size I ordered and even though I refused them, he sent them anyway! Then he refused to take care of shipping cost to return them. They were not touched or opened, and it was THEIR mistake. They said they won't refund my credit card unless I send them back PRIORITY on MY Dime!
Don't order from them. The owner of the company, named Ron, would not take responsibility for his mistake! Just don't order anything from this company!

However, we did offer to reimburse you for the shipping costs upon receipt of the returned shoes, in acknowledgment of our mistake of shipping them to you in the first place.

Answered all my questions
I contacted the number provided on the website to ask questions about their shoes. "Ron" spent over 30mins explaining the shoes I was I questioning for my father. In the end, I ordered 3 pairs! I am hoping the shoes work out for my elderly father, and if so, they have made a long term customer!!

You confirmed an order and debited my account for a product you do not have in stock. However it was advertised as being available. I am waiting to be refunded. I can amend my rating when I receive a full refund for the product and shipping cost.

The website was easy to navigate. One thing that should be noted is that the cost should be stipulated that it is in u.s. $.. The other thing is that the wait time for the product is a little excessive but for service i am willing to wait and am looking forward to receiving my boots.

Unhelpful, non-listening and rude
I have never seen such a negative, rude, non-listening and unhelpful business. I sent a great deal of information on my feet for their customization / modification. Basically the reply was that with all of my foot issues, I should get custom shoes. I wrote back and asked for the main specific things and he declined. He gave me the name of something else. I asked what that was, and he replied "Google it", Zero friendliness. Zero attempt to be helpful. Zero willingness to listen and to produce something that could be helpful.
Update: Yesterday, I replied to the reply from the business, indicating a willingness to work it out, and I asked again for the information. I have not heard back and will see what happens.
He never wrote back, never tried to be helpful.

I really appreciate the speed at which I received the order, how organized the site is, how much information they provide about their shoes and inserts, and the large variety of footwear there is to choose from.
